The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees and his relationship with his subcontractors. “We hired Gene Glaze because of his experience and expertise in ADA standards. (We are retired and planning to "age in place.) Turned out to be a great choice. Gene is the best contractor I have ever worked with. He is highly regarded by his subcontractors, and hires the best. His site supervisor and head carpenter, Jeff, is delightful to work with and an outstanding craftsman. We're more than a year out from our major remodel, and I have no complaints or concerns. His designs (three baths, back deck, bedroom updates, extensive electrical work and plumbing) were imaginative and highly functional. His landscaping crew did great work, as did the roofer, concrete mason installing a new pathway from driveway to front doors. Interior painting and exterior siding were executed professionally.”

“I used HRock for stone veneer work on a chimney and some work on landscaping steps. They did a wonderful job. The chimney looks fantastic and the work appears to be done well. The price was better then others that quoted. Tony is responsive and helpful. I would have given five stars except that the site clean-up was not what it should have been, with construction debris being left behind. I would say having to clean-up afterwards was a small inconvenience compared to the amount saved by going with HRock.”
