“TAB AND ASSOCIATES served as the architect on a large 10,000 SF home I served as General Contractor on. He and his firm were excellent to work with and supplied a superb set of working drawings from which we built the home. He also served as the Owners Rep for the project, and did a splendid job of cooridinating all members of the build team(Engineers, contractors, owner, etc.) to complete a difficult project on time and on budget. We completed the project with very few problems and with a very satisfied owner.”

“I chose BKW Architects (Keegan Winkeller - Principle) for my full gut rehab project in Edwards, Colorado in summer of 2019. The scope of the job was to create final working plans and renders, etc. for the remodel and present to the Design Review Committee of the HOA for design approval which required a stamped plan set. Keegan has a really good eye for design and has worked on many very high end residential projects in the greater Vail, CO valley. His 14 Plus years experience in architecture along with his previous background having worked on construction projects (remodels and new builds) gives Keegan an excellent insight into really how projects need to be approached and managed both from a design, execution and budgetary perspective. His depth of knowledge and ability is superior to many in the field. He was most professional in all our dealings, during and after the project completed. I would definitely recommend BKW for any such projects and would hire them again on future projects. It was truly a pleasure doing business with BKW.”

“We hired Leigh at Studio 4C was amazing! She created a second master suite in our house, and was able to create a cost effective space that preserved function, design, and high quality décor. It was really important to us to hire someone who was both an architect and interior designer. She was able to give us many options from tile to cabinet hardware--oftentimes, from the comfort of our own home, by clicking an internet link! I would use Leigh and Studio 4C for any future projects!”

“I've worked with Delilah and Mike on multiple remodel projects on my home (including both my master bath and most recently a kitchen/living area remodel), and they are awesome! Delilah was great at taking my ideas and incorporating them into a real-life design while also bringing new creative ideas and solutions to make the space special and functional. She's also amazingly helpful in making the many little decisions that can feel overwhelming, from cabinets to paint colors and grout. On the build side, Mike does excellent, high quality work, gets projects done on schedule, and goes above and beyond in taking care of your space. Both are super responsive and reliable, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to any of my family or friends!”

“After purchasing our new (to us) home, we knew we wanted to add back-yard access via a sliding glass door in one of the bedrooms. After closing, we contacted Great Divide Builders for a quote and a timeline. We worked out the details, and ordered the door with them. This project was small for them, but they worked us into the schedule and got it installed in less than day. Door and install are great!”
