“I used Wow Your Ideas for a complete home renovation. The inside of my home was almost completely demolished then rebuilt into an open concept dream home. The owner, Meko Foster, has an amazing brain that can turn the most difficult ideas into reality. He is brilliant, professional, personable, extremely reliable, and ALWAYS keeps "your" best interest and budget in mind. He removed walls, ceilings, moved doorways, etc., all according to code. After the reconstruction, Meko finished the interior with décor. His eye for color, décor, and design is extraordinary, as he has the ability to coordinate and blend the entire space so that it flows from room to room. I don't believe there is any unique idea that he cannot conquer. Meko starts the process with listening to your "needs" and "wants", keeping you involved throughout the project, then miraculously brings your ideas to fruition. And, if you don't have "ideas", simply let Meko figure out what the space needs. With a small budget, he added just the right touch to another house of mine that enabled me to sell it quickly. His creativity will amaze you.”

“We are very pleased with the result of more than a year's work, starting with pen and paper and a discussion on what we needed in a home, reviewing and editing floor plans, getting to plot plans, elevation views, and ultimately a final set of plans. This was no easy task, considering we were building a new home post-Sandy, at the Jersey Shore, and with flood maps changing during the process, being in dual zoning districts, and with required building heights uncertain. But, finally, we are done (mostly!) Scott, Jack and Bill were all great to deal with, they listened to our needs and wants, and helped us make decisions on the trade-offs you always need to consider when space is limited on the lot and you have a long list of needs and wants. The style of the house is a cape cod, the architectural detail is outstanding and it fits well into the existing neighborhood which is situated one block from the start of the historic district here in Ocean City. Ultimately, we love the house and get compliments on it every single day from strangers walking past and from family and friends who are visiting. So many people have asked us if they can have a tour. Thanks Scott, Jack and Bill for everything.”

“High CALIBER QUALITY work is EXACTLY what we received from Anthony Rosario. We were in need of a kitchen remodel in our 1950's home...... Anthony and his wife, Carol, helped us every step of the way with this project. Choosing a design/layout, picking out all of the flooring tile, backsplash, counters and everything in between!! After the kitchen was taken down to the studs, Anthony came in and worked his magic!! He put up all the drywall--matching the new with the old...seamlessly!!! He created custom wainscoting, hung cabinets, built all of our trim from scratch! Because of the age of our home, I often referred to the project as putting a square peg into a round hole. HOWEVER, Anthony made it all fit together!! He had to customize so many things to make them fit in "this old house", and the result is PERFECTION! We couldn't be happier!! Anthony's pride in his work is evident in all aspects of this project-- he won't stop until it's exactly the way it should be completed. He sets a high CALIBER standard for himself and his projects! I highly recommend him for ANY job, whether it be a remodel or new construction, Anthony is the person you should contact!!!! With 20 years of experience, its guaranteed you will be thrilled with his work!”

“I would like to compliment Architect George Loza for my Nashville TN home project which involved a complete new Kitchen, Dining area, as well as renovations and rear additions to the Master Bedroom/Bathroom and a Loft dormer. I had notions of what I wanted, but the designers I approached did not "get it". Then working with George made my vision a reality. George brought up many wonderful ideas on how to give me what I was dreaming of. His technical drawings also went in to great detail that allowed costs to be easily determined. George was also able to recommend contractors and readily secure permits. I recommend Loza Architecture wholeheartedly.”
