“RHC pretty much remodeled my whole house over 12 weeks. I had received several bids both higher some much higher and some lower. I felt the lower bids where not listening and under estimating the work involved and I would be in trouble as we went along. RHC listened, was thorough and also expressed a number of good ideas. The team was on time, worked hard, kept everything as clean as possible. Ricky checked in daily and made sure everything stayed on track. With most major projects their was some scope creep due to my wife and I coming up with new ideas, RHC listened gave us the cost of anything additional and were more than fair. There were a couple issues along the way, but Ricky stepped in and made sure everything was done right. In the end they did a fantastic job and I will use them again. The house came out better than when it was new construction. In 30 years in Houston this is the best contractor I have ever worked with. I like working with people who are friendly, fair, listen and communicate. RHC is the only team I will hire in the future. I paid them and I still feel like they did me a favor, I cannot thank them enough.”

“I contacted Clean Slate Construction and roofing for my home my wife and I purchased this January. We had awful looking floors and needed a reasonable company to come install new flooring for us. Mr. Grogan and his team came in and installed our flooring for a very reasonable price and the workmanship was amazing and fast! Love it and I will continue to work with them in the future with anything we need for our home!!”

“We had to have major window repair and replacement done due to wood rot of our original Pella windows. This was a huge and complicated job and Stephen and crew handled it superbly! Stephen recommended a new brand of window and we are very happy with it. There's no indication that it is any different from the rest of our windows but it will last much longer and perform better. The installation was hard but they did a wonderful job of working around our lives and making sure we were never left with open holes or unlivable conditions. I would highly recommend Green Igloo for a remodeling project and hope to use them again in the future.”

“We hired Brickmoon Design to draw plans for our small 1920 bungalow to add a 2nd bath and were hoping to get the washer/dryer into the house (from the garage). They came up with 2 main ideas, took dimensions and we had the survey done, but we have not made a decision on whether to 1) stay within our small 1350 sf footprint, or 2) add onto the house at a substantially higher cost. My husband doesn't want to spend the extra money to add on but I like the addition idea the best, so we have not gone any further. So far, we are out about $5,000 for plans and survey but are stalled. Brickmoon gave us exactly what we asked for, but I still think there has got to be a cost effective way to add an additional 200-300 square feet. Am I dreaming?”

“Affordable Services Houston has been a joy to work with. The skills that the crew we had work on our house were unmatched. The vision that they had in reviving a house that had been in serious need of updating came out beautifully!! The staff was very personable and I would recommend them for all of your remodeling and renovation needs! I have referred several of my friends and associates to them and they deserve every last referral. Kudos to the ASH family for a job beyond well done!! Jay and Chandra were masterful at keeping the costs down and when we're ready to add to what has already been done, I will go back to ASH time and again! They totally reimaginedmy living space and made the most of the space in my huge open kitchen! I fell in love.The next holiday dinner will be at my house!! Give Jay a call.
