“We recently purchased some "Armstrong" Vinyl Flooring from this store. The customer service was outstanding!!! The man that helped gave us the best deal on the flooring around town and we were very satisfied with the purchase. He also informed us that we could use the type of vinyl flooring we we were interested in for our walls too, which other stores had told us we couldn't based on limited knowledge. We were very impressed with this store. The reason we were purchasing flooring was because we were working on getting our basement finished.”

“From the onset of the showroom experience to the installation of the carpet in my home (entire second floor and stairs) Riemer Floors exceeded my expectations. The salesman including the owner helped my wife and I select the perfect carpeting for our home. Riemer was also flexible when I had to change my install date several times due to a stair project in my home. Lastly the installers were fantastic. Not one scratch, dent, scuff, etc. to walls or molding. The installers finished the job by picking up and hauling away all old carpeting and padding, vacuuming the floors and walked me through each area of install to make sure I was completely satisfied. The carpet install on the newly constructed stairs is amazing. The look and feel of the new carpeting is wonderful and transformed the look of our home. I look for companies with superior customer service and Riemer Floors has routinely shown me this type of service. I have used them in the past on 2-3 other occasions and each time it has been a great experience. I will be back for future flooring needs. Thank you to the entire Riemer staff.”

“I have purchased both carpet and tile from Main Floor Coverings. The customer service is outstanding and the installers were neat, clean and installed very quickly. “I don't have enough good things to say about the folks at Romeo Floors. I went to a LOT of different stores (like over a dozen) trying to find just the right floors for an addition that I've been planning for about 20 years. I've waited a long time and wanted everything to be just right, as these floors are going in my entire house. They had, by far, the biggest selection, with the exception of one other place, but the other place charged AT LEAST double what Romeo charged for the same products. The quality is SO much better than any of the big box stores, and their prices are much better too. I was picky and Kathy was SO patient with me. I never felt pressured to make up my mind. They sent me home with samples a few times. Kathy, Nick, and everyone else there were all SO kind and so helpful. In some of the other places, they kind of scoffed at me when I told them I would be laying the flooring myself. At Romeo Floors, not only were they encouraging, they asked if I needed to borrow any of the tools to get the job done. I've already sent a couple people there and will continue to do so. I will never waste my time going anywhere else for flooring. They're the best.”

“Main Floor Covering brings more to the table than a quality product and price. I am impressed with the level of customer service and care. My purchase was small, about 200 square feet of flooring, with my kitchen contractor doing the work. But midway he ran out of adhesive and needed another pint or so. Main could order the smallest (1 gallon size) container in, but it would take some time. Rather than delay my installation Main just gave me a large container they hand on hand for their own installs and asked me to return what we didn't use. No charge. Then we were one tile short! Eric made sure my additional box of tiles got on the truck that day. Later, when I returned the tub of adhesive, I wanted to make a purchase of floor cleaner as a courtesy to the company that had gone out of its way for me. But, they wouldn't let me pay for it, just said to make a contribution to the 'pizza fund' which I did, gratefully. How was the pie guys? Our next project includes carpeting and Main Floor Covering is our new go-to.”
