“I had a great experience working with the people at Carpets of Arizona. They completed 3 bedrooms at my new home: two with wood linoleum and one with carpet. The rooms were completed in timely manner (one day) including moving the furniture in/out, replacing the baseboards. When there was a minor measurement discrepancy the owner ( he views all jobs upon completion) made it right. Our saleswoman was very helpful in making sure we got the right floor covering by bringing samples and later meeting us at the showroom and pulling several options to compare for look and price. She was good to remind us of possible maintenance issues. I wish the staff there the best and glad I used your service.”

“I was pretty happy with the overall work done. I was more happy about the level of professional and customer service I received though from the sales rep, contractors, and customer service. Pros: - Sales rep was available the next day after me calling - Work was suppose to begin the day after the meeting with the sales rep, see cons - To make up for the first day being cancelled, all work was done in just 3 days instead of the expected 5, actually truly amazing in my opinion for an entire house. - Again, customer service on all levels was awesome - Crews were very professional, friendly, and courteous - not to mention they worked their butts off for more than 10 hrs each day nearly non stop - They removed 2 old toilets and installed 2 new ones I had bought which was awesome and not expected but they did so anyway Cons: - First day of scheduled work was cancelled for an "emergency" by the original contractor (ended up not mattering in the end) - Tile and Laminate crew completed average work on the tile - Areas with laminate had the floor boards and door frames cut for it to slip underneath which was great, but the same was not done for the tile which is beyond me and if you're paying attention leaves the work looking like crap, but to their credit, its not something most people would even look for, request this be done on your project, I had assumed it would be but assumed wrong, oops - Will have to call them back on some of the laminate edging because they didn't cut the angle correct, I'm assuming they will come back to fix this with no problem The 2 things preventing 5 stars again are the laminate edging and the floor boards not coming up for the tile work, otherwise outstanding work. I did not get quotes from any other companies so I really can't say whether or not I got a great deal, overall it cost me about $5.50/sqft for ~1770 sqft of flooring. I felt very comfortable with the price and was about what I expected. Supposedly, I got a tremendous deal on this but was not given an kind of receipt explaining discounts or anything. The end result looks awesome, and most people will never even notice the minor stuff that I talked about above.”

“I have wood flooring in my living room and in my kitchen. The living room is fine, but to put real wood flooring in the kitchen was a mistake, it's all messed up now from spilling water on the floor. I talked to Keith from Diamondback Flooring and he explained that laminate flooring would have been a better choice for my house. I don't know how long he has been in business, but he knows flooring. I wish I had talked with him in the first place. I would have saves a lot of money!”

“We bought two rooms of carpet and two rooms and a hallway of wood flooring. There was no pressure. Craig was helpful, very knowledgable, and relaxed. He answered all our questions thoroughly and then allowed us to discuss and decide without interference. We were allowed to take a sample home for a couple days. This was extremely helpful. Both the carpet and the flooring looked different when we got them home. The decision was not only a lot easier but obvious. My husband installed the flooring. He is very thankful to those who gave him helpful hints and suggestions. The carpet professionals were (WOW) excellent - proficient and personable. I would have preferred that they ask me which scraps I wanted rather than just leave what they wanted to leave. We are extremely satisfied and proud of our decisions and the look of our new flooring.
