“After playing phone tag with a number of private contractors or "carpet removal specialists" who eventually admitted they were either unlicensed, or weren't prepared to haul away carpet at the end, or didn't have the proper tools (!!) or expertise to remove carpet without damaging existing wooden floors underneath, I was delighted to find Peter and Trino at 312 Flooring. Even though I live outside their service area, Trino and his assistant made an extended trip on the coldest day of the year and without a pause, pulled carpet, tacks, staples - the lot - out of two bedrooms, cleaned, swept, and carted away the trash in just over 2 hours. I am extremely impressed with their professionalism, excellent communication, and attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone with flooring needs in the Chicagoland area who wants a job done promptly and well. And for the job they did, they were cheap, and worth every penny.”

“I was novice to hand made rugs. I called to inquire about Rouzati's rugs, and Ali took his time to educate me on the rugs they have, their birthplace, quality, price ranges. Then I visited the store, found the most perfect rug. Ali let me tried the rug over the weekend in my home to see if I like it. I came back, bought the rug, met the whole wonderful family that owns this business. The whole experience is like no other. Rare these days to have this kind of customer service. Definitely coming back for more rugs for my other rooms. Beautiful selection of unique quality hand made rugs. Cannot keep my hands away from them when I am at the store. You have to touch them!”

“We had them do some work for us this past summer and I cannot say how pleased we were with not only the sales rep that we worked with but all of the contractors that represented Carlson Flooring. If I do nay more flooring work, it will be with them without a doubt. The gentleman the installed our hardwood floors was not only very knowledgeable and took pride in his work - he was just a nice guy to talk with. They may not be the least expensive, but they are worth every penny. Highly recommend Carlson Flooring.”
