“Winkel Design Forum designed a beautiful home to fit on a pie shaped lot with a 12 foot drop off 30 feet from the back of the house. They used the lot angle to create the same angle in the design of the house utilizing the lot angle down to within an inch of the legal setback. Others would have said the square footage we wanted could not be done!”

“Oak Tree Homes completed a remodel and addition onto our old farm house (built in the 1800's). We also had them draw up a recommendation/design, which was different (and much better) than our original thoughts. Dan and all of his employees were very easy to work with, approached the project with organization and detail, and overall we were very happy with the project from start to finish. They promised to complete our project quickly, and stuck to that promise. We would recommend them and have them do work again!”

“Gary remodeled our screened in porch. He wrapped the old cedar supports in vinyl, replaced the screens with Ezy- breeze screens and windows, built a deck and stairs. He completed the project in a timely manner and kept the site clean. I plan on using Design & Build Remodelers in our future projects. Gary is precise, exacting and takes pride in his work. “Our goal was to renovate a 3-bedroom ranch house, expand the living space with two additions, and change the roof line from flat '60's ranch to Prairie style. While we had a rough layout of the interior, clearly we needed an architect to guide the structural transformation to get the exterior look we wanted. We needed plans to guide the builders and elevations so we could see how it would appear on the site. Jeffrey Morton brought all of that and more. He has a flair and enthusiasm for renovation and saw the possibilities right away. After a thorough inspection of the structure from the foundation crawl space to the roof and the exterior from every angle, he quickly produced a first draft. The fuzzy vision in our imaginations was clearly rendered on paper. When the tricky roof line conversion needed some additional work, he provided the revisions promptly. The project was completed and is everything we hoped for.”

“Gary has done several home improvement projects for us which were excellent and completed expeditiously. He remodeled our kitchen which included installing cabinets, countertops, and an island. Gary also installed an oak/tile fireplace. When we had a leak in our roof, he replaced a portion of our ceiling with drywall and plastering. All his work has been completed on time and with excellent workmanship. We will continue to hire Gary for any home renovation projects we need.”
