Very knowledgeable regarding materials, as well as up to challenges presented by some aspects of original design, such as ceiling heat that constrained lighting choices. Design team covered range of expertise necessary for the job. Excellent management of the building phase. Workers well coordinated to keep job moving forward. Adhered closely to time line and budget.”

“Our job was a complete remodel of our kitchen which included moving a wall and completely gutting the flooring in the kitchen, entry, laundry and second bathroom. We had a heated tile floor, custom designed cabinetry, recessed ceiling lights, appliances, windows and countertops installed. Nathalie Pillsbury listened to our "wants", made recommendations, met us for many product decisions, addressed our concerns and inevitable changes and was genuinely involved in our project. Mike Roloff hired excellent subcontractors, so that the finished product is outstanding. (Of particular note was the amazing "granite guy", Michael Ambrose, of De La Tierra Stoneworks). This company obtained the necessary permits and held to an agreed upon written timeline. All in all, a very satisfying, albeit disruptive as any remodeling/construction project is, experience. Kudos!”

“I've seen a couple remodels by The Remodel Group. What struck me beyond the beauty and transformation was the attention to detail in hardware, craftmanship, not to mention the creativity. They are aware of new technology and use it, ie moving stove vents, shelving for appliances that lifts up and pulls out, solid, flexible hinges, etc. They show integrity and respect toward the client. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any needs you have.”

Each project was completed ahead of schedule including "enhancements, created on-the-fly. Karen is not only professional but also a pleasure to work with, particularly as she creates practical solution to our design requirements. “We hired Arciform nine years ago to remodel our kitchen and add some touches to the adjoining rooms. The work itself was excellent; the people we worked with were top notch; and with one exception the sub-contractors were excellent as well. With regards to the exception, Arciform not only apologized but gave us a slight discount in that area of work and let us know they would no longer be working with the gentleman in question. Our first bid from Arciform came in about 20% over what we wanted to spend. Unlike the other company we were considering, Arciform didn't try to pressure us but spent several hours with us re-working the bid and showing us what could be eliminated at what cost. Highly recommend. Nine years later we continue to love our kitchen and find it a joy to be in.”

“We have done 3 remodeling projects with Henderer Design + Build. The first one was a major remodel from roof to lower level, including the kitchen, changing wall locations, just about everything. It was finished on time, beautifully done, by workers who were a pleasure to have in our home - daily for 3+ months. Our first experience was so excellent, that we chose Henderer again to remodel the upstairs bathroom - it's gorgeous and very functional. On each remodel, Mary Turney was outstanding in helping us find the right colors, tile, etc. - we'd still be trying to figure that out if she hadn't encouraged us along the way. So for our third remodel Henderer added on an entryway to our home, and coordinated fencing, concrete and stonework leading up to the house and on the driveway. It changes the whole impression of our home! I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
