“Hired JD and his company to extend our deck, reinforce as needed and to install a glass panel in the middle of the deck railing to add some pop and allow a view of our pond. JD and his crew did an amazing job - they evaluated and reinforced the structure supporting deck (correcting many mistakes by the original builder); extended/rebuilt the deck itself (I know it is small but ALL the nails lines up straight); installed the deck rail and installed the reinforced, tempured glass section. They also stained the deck. They showed up on time every day on time, worked a full day, kept the work site clean and tidy - they also listened to my concerns about a nearby tree and wisteria - they took great care to keep both unharmed by the reconstruction. They offered many different options so I could get the featues I wanted - I think their prices were on target. I would hire them again in a heart beat.”

“My husband and I are both retired and have a small business rehabbing homes. Joe worked on 1 rehab and then did repairs on another rental. The last home we did was the largest undertaking yet. Joe and his crew finished a basement which also included adding a full bath. They upgraded a porch, kitchen and painted the entire interior. Joe is patient, a good listener and offers creative solutions to problem areas. He is knowledgeable about construction, pays attention to detail and is especially talented with finished carpentry work. The home sold the first month on the market and the buyer's agent said it was one of the best remodels he had seen.”

With your expertise and insight, our thought of a "screened in porch" turned out to be a "room addition" that more than exceeded our wildest dream! The quality of the workmanshp was more than professional, the attention to detail was outstanding, and the entire crew could not have been more professional, courteous, and friendly. They were always diligent about cleaning up after each day/phase of the job. Your willingness and ability to go above and beyond to get the job done to our expectations was greatly appreciated. All the details, such as getting the logs and the color of the siding to match our house, and going to great lengths to get our slate floor to be beautiful were not overlooked. “Traci & Todd were very easy to work with when they bought my parents home. Their professionalism went beyond anything my sister's and I expected. It was very difficult having to sell the house where we grew up and my parents lived for 51 years till they passed away. When they finished the remodeling project they held an "Open House" for the neighborhood and our families. We thought that was a great idea and nice jester. But, what WOW'd my sister's and I, was Traci & Todd invited the three of us to a private showing of the house we grew up in and shared so many family memories throughout the years. Their professionalism and kindness went a long way to making this easier on the three of us. Last, I highly recommend Make Her Mark LLC. You won't be disappointed. “Two months prior to my due date with our second child, a contractor we hired to rearrange our master bedroom walked off the job. We were left with half completed drywall, wires hanging from our ceiling, and a completely destroyed carpet. Seth and SDC came in and not only fixed the sub-par job the previous contractor had done, but exceeded all of our expectations. He is professional, courteous, and absolutely saved the day. Seth and SDC also converted the stairs in our 1942 cape cod from a dangerously steep angle. The end result was perfect. He followed plans to the utmost detail, and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result! We are now considering adding an addition onto our home, and will not be contacting anyone but Seth and SDC. To find someone that is not only incredibly talented at what they do, but is also professional, timely, and kind is worth its wait in gold. We cannot recommend Seth or SDC enough!”

“I had been wanting to do a bathroom remodel for awhile, and had received numerous quotes from several different contractors. I ended up going with NEXTEK, and am thrilled with the results! Mike and his team had great design ideas, they answered all my question I had, and made the entire process so enjoyable. They were fast, efficient, and came in on budget! You can tell this company really takes pride in the work they do, and has the customers best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend them for any home improvement projects!”

“Ryan Duebber designed a powder room remodel including custom wood mirror frame, cabinet and shelf; copper sink, toilet, faucet, stone wall and stone/wood floor. He listened carefully to my requests. He created with thoughtful consideration to make the new design meld with the rest of the house, be a beautiful gem, and be completely functional. In his design he was able to solve all the potential problems I had thought of. He has terrific color sense and knowledge of materials and construction, was timely and within budget. He also was great help in resolving with the contractor a few issues that came up with the installation. Ryan was creative, professional, friendly, upbeat, thoughtful. The room now looks beautiful, beyond what I could imagine from the plans. My all around good experience was well worth his fee. Total project (design, materials, install) cost about $12,000.”
