“Green Trade Contracting did a total rennovation of the main downstairs bathroom in our 1901 home. Keeping with the historical period was important to us as was using state of the art water saving technology. Steve Green, the owner, recommended removal of all of the knob and tube electrical replacing it with 21st century technology. He also thought it best to remove all the plaster and lathe instead of trying to repair it and replaced it with drywall etc. It was because of a leak we discovered in the walls that we decided to proceed with the rennovation, it was not totally done just for aesthetics, but they were an important aspect of the job. We had the project done when we were out of town on vacation with no worries or issues of trust. We came home to a completely renovated and beautifl new bathroom that looks as if it was preserved from back when the bathroom was first installed.”

Many questions were asked to ensure that you understood our project goals. Your staff would arrive between 9:00 – 9:30 every morning. Work was completed within the time frame we had projected. We appreciated your regular visits to our home to ensure we were always moving forward.
