“If I could give Mark and Heather 10 stars, I would. They are so professional, timely, and the work they do is amazing. We bought a new construction home, but wanted to add some character to it. So far they have completed 3 projects for us including a wet bar, shiplap and board and batten. Each project has been better than the last. Mark is quick to answer questions and Heather is wonderful to work with too. Not to mention their son, who worked on the board and batten and shiplap, and it is amazing! I highly recommend them for any project you have, big or small!”

“Manzer Contracting does top-notch work and it is always a pleasure working with this general contractor. Manzer has completed several large remodeling jobs for us including: complete master bath and closet remodel, complete basement remodel, a front door stoop remodel (replace single door with double, add a roof structure over door stoop and rebuild the brick stairs to the stoop), and also a back deck remodel/update. In each project, they worked closely with us through all stages of the remodel, including the initial design/conceptual stage and budgeting stage which was helpful to us. It is worth noting the project stayed on budget (except in those few cases where we decided to add a change request at our additional cost). Their design consultant, Jenny, was extremely helpful in guiding us through some of the up-front design decisions as well as more specific design choices later in the project such as lighting, flooring, tile selections, etc. Manzer's on-site crew has always been prompt, hard-working and respectful. In each case they kept the work site as clean as possible from one day to the next. Overall, the communication from day to day with respect to the project schedule was always clear and effective. We continue to enjoy the updates Manzer Contracting made in our home and we are thankful to have been able to work with such a wonderful group.”

“Chris came by the day I called to give me a quote. I thought the quote was very fair and he came 2 days later to do the work. He replaced an outside French door and fixed some shelving in my pantry. He did a GREAT job and left it cleaned. I wasn't able to provide the door so he purchased it and brought it with him. He is very professional and trustworthy. After meeting him, I knew I wouldn't have to take off work to sit with them. Highly recommended. I will definitely use him in the future.”
