“I purchased a very large, bank owned home that needed lots of work with an FHA 203K Streamline Renovation Loan. Matt worked well with the lender to meet the loan requirements and hired excellent subcontractors who got me the most for my money. My project wasn't fancy, but it was very big. My neighbors, friends who knew the house before I bought it, and even the mail carrier have all remarked that the house looks terrific. We have been in the house for over 6 months now, and we are very happy with Matt's work.”

“Brent and Collin Anderson are knowledgeable and meticulous in their work My remodel included trim work and tile. Brent had to contend with out of plumb walls Iin both the trim and tile. I recommend them for any work that requires creative, meticulous finishing. They also keep areas very clean which I value highly”

“We have known Jim for over 15 years and he is always professional & positive to work with. Last year he added a beautiful patio cover on the back of our house that was on budget and looked like it was part of the house originally only better. He and his crew not only completed the project on a timely basis but exceeded our expectations with design tweeks that took our project to a higher level than we expected. So pleased with the process that we are doing another project this year on the front of the house...can't wait to see how this turns out. I know we will be extremely happy and on budget.”

“I designed a contemporary house that had several Marvin windows. Some of the windows were nine feet tall and went from floor to ceiling. Another area had a corner window. I wanted them to have minimal spacing between windows but had not figured out window details before Tim Van Zant from Marvin Windows came out to look at the house while under construction. Tim jumped in and figured everything out including a very unforgiving space with a concrete opening. They look fantastic and are right in line with the intent of the design. I was relieved and very happy and have worked with Tim many times since.”

“Matt and Scott did an amazing job on my flooring!! I was always kept informed on the status of the job and the estimated completion time!! My home was always cleaned after each days work making it very easy to continue to live through the construction. My new floors look amazing and the job was completed in less time than I was originally told, which of course is a bonus!! I will and do recommend Phoenix Remodeling for any project!! “Hibbard Const. built my home and several years later we added 1120 square feet to our home. The guidance and suggestions for size location of doors and entry opportunities made the project a success. The addition was remarkably well integrated into the existing house that it is virtually impossible to determine an addition was made to our home. An excellent job for timeliness and professional attention to details made this project a success in every way. It took about 70 days to complete the addition and all of the other things we had done to the existing home but the end result is we have a unique home we are very proud of and very pleased with Hibbard Construction.”
