“I can't say many wonderful things about Green California Builders. I wanted to built a new home and had no idea where to start in regards to design and construction permits. I heard about these guys because of my friend. I met EZ (the main project manager) after scheduling the appointment. He guided us through the entire process with ideas, advises and material selection. I liked his vision and we agree on the budget. Few days later the project started. The company was the fourth we interviewed with and we were deeply impressed by Liron Knot wide experience, their design ideas and their reasonable price, so we offered them the job on the spot. We were so glad we did that! This was a wonderful team - Liron gave us lots of great ideas on the design. He was our project manager, and was very experienced and customer oriented. I often called him multiple times a day and he was always very patient to answer my questions and kept me updated on the daily schedule. The crew was very professional, courteous and highly skillful - we really love the great tile work. Tony and his folks did an excellent job. Now we enjoyed our beautiful bathroom everyday and we are so glad we hired this team. We love their work so much that we decided to remodel the two bathrooms upstairs as well with them, which are ongoing right now.”

“I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”

“Had 2 bathrooms gutted and redone. The finished product looks great. John and NB were great communicators, was always available by text. The subs were talented, great plumber and tiler. Took longer, but some of that was me with change orders. Made sure through the entire project we always had in inside toilet. Bid came in at the middle, still not cheap but the end result was worth it.”

“Mike, owner of Paladin Home, did a wonderful job on our bathroom! We had a rough idea of what we wanted and Mike was able to fill in the gaps and create a bathroom that was perfect for the time period of when our house was built (1915) with modern upgrades for everyday use. Mike and his employees were professional, friendly and paid close attention to all of the details. They were extremely considerate knowing this was our only bathroom (and our first remodel) and worked with us to make the process very smooth and easy. The project was completed on time and on budget with a very high quality of workmanship. We highly recommend Paladin Homes for remodels and plan to use them again on future projects, especially for our kitchen remodel.”

“I chose Tom for a few reasons. From the three bids that we received, I liked and trusted him the most. I having a background in construction myself, I was able to test him, as I did with everyone else. And I valued his honesty and work ethics. He was very good with explaining and answered most of my questions before I ask them. His. His price was reasonable as well. As for the end results, my wife and I were very happy and ended up giving him another job. The initial job was a shared bathroom. And later on we hire Tom to do the master bathroom which came out amazing!”
