“These guys were punctual, polite and had a great work ethic. They did more than one roof and finished them on the weekend. They cleaned up and let me use their magnet roller to pick up nails, which I really appreciated. I don’t think anyone could do that to please me! so it was a smart decision. “The whole team is professional, knowledgeable and outstanding customer service. The handle inspection and securing there was no mold, gotta love that. After a toilet malfunction we woke up to a small river in our bathroom. Their team not only did a quote but was impressed with the video used give a full understanding of the remolding process. The prices was reasonable but I am opting for outstanding work over price, after all I have to keep this bathroom forever.”

“We hired JLB Remodeling to renovate our kitchen in 2011. What a wonderful decision that was! Jamie Bowlin, the owner, listened to our concerns and our wishes and had great ideas to help solve some problems we were experiencing. He worked with us to stay within our budget and never tried to persuade us to do more. He provided us with a project notebook that outlined what work would be done each day and which sub contractor we could expect. These subs were professional, always on time, considerate and, more importantly, did beautiful work. A project manager, or Mr. Bowlin himself, was on site for all the work and at the end of each day the work area had been swept, straightened and cleaned up. The whole experience was a very positive one and we now have a beautiful and functional kitchen that we absolutely love. The following year we did a total renovation of our master bathroom. We didn't think twice - we called JLB Remodeling again - another positive experience with wonderful results!”

Sam came out to take a look at our crawl space due to a a water leak issue we were having, and it was the most positive interaction with any construction company I've had. “Booe Building and Remodeling has an excellent reputation in the Piedmont North Carolina area. We discovered that positive reputation is justly deserved. The entire remodeling process was started and completed on time, workmanship and even each day's cleanup were all done professionally. The subcontractors have been working with Booe Building for many years and we can attest to the high quality of their output. The best part was that the entire process and results exceeded our expectations, resulting in a painless process. The kitchen was gutted including the flooring. New cabinets, appliances, new oak flooring and an additional window were added back. The breakfast room became the laundry room and pantry storage. The old laundry room became a mud room. The family room received a new oak floor and a new gas fireplace. A new gas fireplace was added to the living room. A new wine bar with two wine refrigerators was added to another room with a stone floor that leads to a screened-in porch. We asked lots of questions and we needed lots of direction and guidance. And we got it. As we look back, we think the process and outcome of this project is almost too good to be true. But it is true. And we are very grateful to Jim Booe and David Hinshaw of Booe Building and Remodeling.”
