“Professional service from Alex Florea. Calm and patient, good understanding of clientele, always available in person or phone, impeccable clean-up. Only issue is that some of the painters he contracted, although very polite, did not have enough experience for the standard of work required. Some of it had to be redone. But on balance, I would probably hire Warwick again.”

“We just recently finished a major condo renovation with Jordan Pascal of Studio Design Construction and we couldn’t be happier. The apartment is in a building that dates back to 1982 and had never been updated. We basically gutted it and re modelled everything. Jordan was amazing! Not only does he really know the construction business but he uses impeccable trades people that were 100% reliable and never cut corners. One of the many notable things about Jordan is that he has incredible design talent and made much of the difficult process of selecting finishing materials and design characteristics simple and easy.
