“Extremely professional, thorough and even good follow up to make sure everything still OK after replacing a faucet and a showerhead and repairing a water heater. Also fixed a wall that had water damage & it looks like new. Will have them back to replace weather-stripping and paint the garage door. Just referred them to a friend and I rarely do that. Very impressed with pricing and honesty. You got it...they can fix it!”

“Recently, the water hose to our dishwasher ruptured and flooded several rooms in our house. After the water remediation was completed, we were recommended to work with Higher Rock to repair our baseboards, patch some walls, and do a lot of painting. We are grateful for that recommendation. Higher Rock Construction was open and honest about everything they were doing; they responded honestly and promptly to all of our questions and phone calls; they showed up to work when they told us they were going to show up; their estimate was spot-on and they do an incredible job. “I hired Jason Bekebrede of Monticello Homes last spring to do a complete kitchen remodel in my house. I am very happy with the workmanship and the design. I am having a terrific time cooking in the new space, it's such an efficient and beautiful space that I even enjoy cleaning it up. Jason was on schedule, on budget, respectful of my ideas, helpful and very easy to work with. He made sure his workers completed jobs on time, did a good job and left the job site clean. He was willing to meet me in town to help me select materials as well as giving me suggestions of where to look to find things either in town or on line. He also made great design suggestions. I could not ask for a better experience and would hire him again for future jobs. I recommend Monticello Homes absolutely without reservation.”

“Condor did a great job for me. Very professional. They put a new HVAC system in and did the whole job under budget and it was completed in 1 day. After hail damaged my roof, they worked with my insurance company and they were able to get a complete new roof installed, for less money than State Farm's own estimate. I would not hesitate to call them for anything.”
