“Oz did a beautiful job on our kitchen renovation. We did not move any walls, but he removed our 1959 cabinets and appliances back to the plaster, rewired the whole kitchen, and installed new lighting, plumbing, flooring, tile backsplash, cabinets and appliances. He worked with us to help figure out where we could economize and where it was important to spend money. His pricing was completely transparent - he charges for his own labor, without marking up materials or subs. All the subcontractors and vendors he brought in were professional and pleasant and did a great job. The cabinet vendor he recommended was also very responsive to our ideas, made really useful suggestions, and it was obvious that he and Oz had a long, mutually respectful relationship. The kitchen was completed in three weeks! (It would have been two, but the granite countertop took a week or so to template and fabricate.)”

“I would highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone! And already have! Our neighbors recommended him to us after their bathroom reno and our other neighbors will be using him in the fall for theirs. He’s the best! We renovated 2.5 bathrooms this spring with Jack. His quote came in where we were hoping which was great. But more importantly for us was the quality of the work and ease of working with him and his team. Jack is very responsive, timely, and always follow through, which we have learned is difficult to find. Whenever I got stressed, Jack always remained calm and addressed any concerns right away. “We had a full kitchen remodel. From the beginning of the process , the guys at Single Source made us feel comfortable. They came right out ,looked everything over and gave us an estimate in a couple days. The communication was amazing and never at any time did we regret our decision to go with them. We really enjoyed the one on one that Single Source gave us. The guys sat down with us and went over everything, even went with us to help us pick out our appliances, flooring ,tile ,cabinets, countertops, etc. Taking time to educate us on the products that we were considering and giving us the pros and cons. They finished the job in the time they said they would and also at the price they had quoted us. We plan on getting our bathroom done in the future and will definitely be using them again.”
