“Advance Homes worked with us to build a new home starting in November of 2012 with a move-in date of spring of 2013. All work that was done was of the highest quality and craftsmanship. Attention to detail was evident in the finished product. The house is extremely energy efficient and although we have a house in similar size to the house we owned prior to this one, the energy bills have continued to be much lower. The builders were spontaneous to suggestions and to questions asked. Additional items and change orders were addressed professionally, quickly, and efficiently - not holding up the progress of the work schedule. To say the least, we are extremely satisfied with our new home.”

“We hired McCartney Improvement Company to build our new house. The project began in November, 2011 and was completed in May, 2012. We were very pleased with the entire process and with the way the finished product turned out. Dave was involved every step of the way; helping us select a lot and design the house to putting on the finishing touches. He also ensured the project was completed by our deadline and within our budget. In my opinion, the thing that separates Dave (and his team of professionals) from other contractors in the area is the quality of work and the attention to detail. They are committed to making sure the customer is satisfied. If we decide to build a new house or do any remodeling projects in the future, I would gladly hire McCartney Improvement Company again.”

“Don did a lot of projects for us in two homes. Storage in attic, two kitchens, one bathroom. He was reliable and I have never had any contractor clean up after his work than Don Probably cleaner than when he started. We moved away or would still be using him. Don is a good guy!”

“Carr Construction remodeled our kitchen and finished our basement. The project was completed in a timely manner....Tim Carr hired great subcontractors. the kitchen involved new sink, corian countertops, new subway tiled back splash and a buffet area that looks great! In addition, the kitchen dining area also got new wood floors. The basement was finished with a large entertainment area. It has a bar area including full sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and cabinetry, a 3/4 bathroom, a laundry/craft room and beautiful wood flooring throughout. We also had DriCore subflooring installed upon Tim's recommendation and have been very happy with that product. I cannot speak highly enough about the beauty of Tim's work and how easy he was to get along with.....even as changes were made along the way. he was always willing to adapt and discuss as the projects went along. Very professional and competent.”
