“From the design team to the ground crews and Ryan, the owner of Watlee Construction, all of his team members show an in-depth knowledge of the zoning, codes, and what you can dream up with your new home or renovation. Ryan is also intrinsically aware of the latest trends, as well as the most innovative products for building in this tough climate. For our family, Watlee Construction is taking a million dollar shell of a beach home, gutting it, and revamping it to become our new dream home. And we are doing it on a budget. We wanted to move the stairs in the home, so they brought in an architect to get it done. We wanted a bigger custom spa, and (snap) done, cabinets and design methods were selected in advance, and any changes made along the way were greeted with a solid answer of, "Yes that's possible," or "No, the structure/code doesn't allow for that." My schedule is busy and Ryan has personally met us on nights and weekends, to get the project moving. Watlee Construction did a previous project in 2012 in Stuart of converting my garage into a master bedroom with master bath, and everyone who sees it is impressed at the transformation. When we bought the new home, we had ideas of what we wanted to do, but now its becoming a reality. Who knew there's a indoor/outdoor two sided fireplace (wow!) or you can lift and stack all your water heaters and a/c's to make more floor space, or yes, you can even build a stairs and a cat door to the master suite, if that's what you desire. Without the guidance of the team from Watlee Construction, we would have had exactly what we asked for and nothing more. Ryan has an eye for what is next and better and can make you dream even bigger. Dream big and don't be afraid to trust in these local experts. We did and we are excited to move into our new Jupiter Beach home in June.”

“We had a roof vent installed by Panda Roofing. They were extremely professional in their manner and workmanship. The first day the owner, Isaac came to the house to discuss our needs and give us an estimate of time and cost. He answered any and all questions, explained when the materials could be expected and when the workmen would arrive. The workmen were on time, the work was completed in record time, the clean-up was amazing and they were extremely courteous! I have since recommended Panda Roofing to anyone who needs work done. What a pleasure to deal with honest, courteous workmen who take pride in their workmanship. Also, the cost was outstanding and there were no hidden charges once the job was completed.”

“I would give them 100 positive stars. They are amazing!! I seriously can not say enough good things about them. They really listen to what you want and the quality of work is amazing. I have had their cabinets for about a year and half now and they still look as amazing as they did when they were installed. I have talked about moving a lot over the past year, but I can't bring myself to leave my kitchen. If you are thinking about new cabinets go see these guys.”
