“DesignerBuilders has worked at my house on several occasions over the last half-dozen years (date below refers to the beginning of the first and largest occasion), performing such tasks as completely renovating a bedroom and bathroom, chimney-flashing repair, exterior and interior painting, storm-window replacement, and small excavation work and foundation pouring. The owner provides written estimates and bills and makes certain that the work is accomplished in a timely manner (which of course may be dependent upon the pace of suppliers and subcontractors). He and all employees are courteous and trustworthy, and all are extraordinarily knowledgeable about their jobs. The owner is well aware and enthusiastic about environmental impacts.”

“They removed our Hardy Board siding that had been is talked without flashing, removed the rotten underboards. Installed new vinyl siding that matched the old hardy board on the whole house. Fixed areas of trim around windows and the roof that were peeling or rotten, as well. They were affordable, quick, thorough, and clean.”
