“Kevin Skelly built my house 8 years ago. It was such a terrific experience that we have remained friendly ever since. It is a modern house with clean lines that demanded care and perfect angles. He and his crew were as demanding that it be right as we were. The house sits on a very difficult site in the mountains without a lot of room to maneuver, yet it went well and with the exception of some weather delays had a timely completion. We had an expert come in at the framing stage to make sure everything was OK and Kevin was highly complimented for his work and he made the small adjustments recommended happily. Kevin and the architect worked as a team, which saved a lot of money and stress and time. Any changes needed were much simpler and instead of reams of working drawings, they were so used to working together that it went without any problems at all.”

“I have hired Habitation, Inc,, personally and referred them to numerous associates, clients and friends. The workmanship and end results were excellent. Attention to detail and the attitude of "making it right" was important to the owner of Habitation, Inc. I would hire this Company again for home repairs, remodeling projects, and minor landscaping jobs.”

“James and Simone have been wonderful to work with! What started with a few rooms of hardwood, transitioned into a complete home remodel. James was always willing to give me what I wanted despite numerous changes and special modifications. James pricing is so reasonable. Although, I did go over budget, that was because James was willing to help me create unique features in my house, that are not available without extra labor and materials, all of which, I knowingly chose to add to our budget. He and his assistants have become great friends. I am going to miss them, when all of the projects are finished!”

“Ric Rutherford is the owner of his company. We hired him, along with two other firms, to give us an estimate for a kitchen and master bath remodel. Ric was professional, friendly and easy to work with.We had a great idea about what we wanted to do, but Ric had some more ideas and really helped us to realize our vision for the space. We decided to table the complete work until next year, and hired his firm to do a couple of small jobs on the bathrooms, really to see his work ethic. The jobs were done to a high standard with respect for the space. There was a small accident in which a nightstand was damaged by a falling piece of lumber, and Ric took the nightstand and had it completely repaired in a timely manner. We plan to hire Ric and his company next spring to do the kitchen and master bath, and will enthusiastically recommend his company to anyone needing a remodel.”

“This was my 19th foreclosure and after meeting with John and hearing his recommendations for making this into a cost effective rental, I decided to let them make virtually all the decisions within an overall budget. Usually I am very hands on, effectively the GC. Here I let them do their job and am happy with the result. No job is without some issues, esp. what the bid includes/doesn't include. All issues were resolved satisfactorily within a few minutes. I would not hesitate to use them again, inc. on my own residence.”

They have integrity and are very respectful of your desires and budget and work with you to work out a priority list and timeline for what you want to accomplish now and what can be added later on. “We have done 7 major renovations on houses in various places in the US. Dan Kuhn is absolutely tops. His attention to detail and careful planning ensures the project goes smoothly once started. The planning stage takes longer than that of others but the end results show the planning. He is cost effective. And, he works through the unforeseen problems that inevitably occur very efficiently. His subs are people he has worked with for many years, and they are always very clean, professional and clean up at the end of each day which is very important for home life during the project. Based on our substantial experience, we highly recommend Kuhn's Construction. Ours was a major project and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.”

“Albert G. and his crew were professional, timely, and organized. They did a great job tearing down our old balcony and building a new one in its place. The project was complicated and dangerous, but the work they did was exceptional and the new patio and balcony are beautiful! Even the permit inspector commented on the excellent construction skills of our contractor! Albert also remodeled my mother's bathroom and did a wonderful job. We have referred Albert to family and friends, and we would hire him again without hesitation. I trust him to do an outstanding job at whatever project he undertakes.”
