“Kyle Dunbar is truly the ultimate professional. We were planning to add an addition and remodel the interior of a home built in 1937. After touring the house at our first meeting, Mr. Dunbar listened very carefully to our ideas and needs and the budget we had in mind. Within a couple of weeks, he had drawings with an estimate that outlined everything we had talked about. However, the estimate was over our desired budget, so he went back to the drawing table and with a few changes came up with a very workable plan...that included everything we wanted.”
