The person who quoted me was very knowledage and I could tell had been doing this for a long time. “We used Bay Harbour Homes to lead us through a complete kitchen renovation, reconfiguration of garage space into a dining area and construction of new utility space. I can say without reservation that the experience with Bay Harbour Homes was not what I was expecting and we were extremely pleased. Tom and his staff were beyond professional, attentive, considerate, and respectful. From the very first meeting Tom and his staff were open to our ideas and helps us work through the positives and negatives of each. They provided an updated, detailed schedule of activities that covered three weeks (current week and 2 weeks out). This was very important to us since we occupied the house during the 2.5 months of construction. They provided daily communication of events and issues on site and laid out all of our options. Of particular note was the fact that in the middle of the project I had to go out of country for business for a week and this concerned my wife. Tom and his staff made sure that they were on site before she left in the morning with the kids and were there when she got home in the afternoon to go over everything with her. They were explicit and non-technical in their explanations of what occurred that day and what to expect for the next. They went so far as to coordinate moving the washer and dryer around some of the activities to ensure that the laundry could be done without having to go to a laundry mat. Bay Harbour's selection of subs for work was also amazing. Each of the subs held the level of respect for us and our ideas. Each sub was there when scheduled and completed the work mostly on time. In the few occasions that they ran over both Tom and sub gave us the heads up early with an explanation and a plan to stay on task. We will be using Bay Harbour Homes on our next project and strongly recommend that you do too.”

“Working with Shannon & Ken Dixon at RenoPros was a very pleasant experience. I used them last year for hurricane damage from Ian. My lanai roof was blown off completely. Ken & Shannon gave me a fair quote, during the time when other repair people were ripping off customers during these trying times. The aluminum replacement was ordered and I was kept informed during entire process. They also replaced my floor in lanai. They did such a good job that I had them install my kitchen back splash and had them arrange for the outside of my manufactured home to be painted while I was back in Ohio. They kept me informed during the complete process. My neighbors have told me how nice everything looks. I'm going to do more upgrades in 2023 and I will surely call Ken & Shannon to do the work.”
