“My wife and I recently had the opportunity to add an outdoor living area to our house of 19 years. On the recommendation from a friend in the building trades, we hired Bryant Boyd to design and provide build to spec drawings. He and his staff were very easy to work with throughout the entire process. When it came time to solicit bids, we included Bryant Boyd along with two other well known and highly recommended builders. He was the only one who arrived with every one of the associated building trades and he was the lowest bidder. AND not only was everything completed ahead schedule but to my surprise, when all of the incremental billings came in, it was under cost. Throughout the construction process, Bryant and or the project supervisor came by each day (sometimes more than once a day) to make sure every process was running smoothly. The final product has been described as something out of a magazine and we owe it all to Bryant and his staff. A photo should be available on J. Bryant Boyd's web site and on his profile. We felt so strongly about the final results that we posted a sign on our front lawn and invited everyone to drop by on 7 Oct to see first hand the final product. If you would like to see the completed outdoor living area, you need only to arrange through a member of Mr. Boyd's staff; we would be more than happy to show off the results of Bryant's design and build team. I was recently contacted by someone considering retaining the services of Mr. Boyd. After giving my thoughts to the perspective client, I realized I had never taken the time to post a review.”

“I reached out to Bat City Builders for advice on my foundation. I have an old house with a brick/concrete porch on the front. The porch has been pulling away from the main house (It's the Livingroom wall), causing cracks along the drywall inside and cracks along the brick outside. I've been debating getting this worked on for a long time and just haven't been sure what to do. They took the time to give me advice on what I needed to look for when interviewing foundation repair services and ultimately gave me the confidence to get my home fixed. “Very good team, bathroom and kitchen renovations. Bathrooms were re-tiled and cabinetry replaced; kitchen was renovated, complete demo and rebuild. Installed stranded bamboo flooring, redid plumbing (toilets included). Recessed lighting installation. Workers are very clean and removed all trash daily during demolition; trustworthily crew; conscientious and reasonable. Workers are punctual, helpful and have a great attitude which makes the difference in every aspect of the job.”
