“My wife and I used Gelotte Hommas for our remodel. We have a 1937 Brick Tudor that when added onto we wanted it to look as if the new part of the house had always been there from an architectural standpoint. They did an incredible job using original designs and pulling them through on the exterior. They also gave us tons of ideas we would never have come up with on the interior had we done it ourselves. We are very a happy with the project. Our neighbors even comment on how well the new addition ties into the original house. That is the main judge of quality in my opinion!”

They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. “David and his team came to me at the recommendation of the owner of Daly's, a local family-owned paint store. Our job was tricky because of outside moisture and required exacting attention to complete. David provided the most comprehensive bid and services of anyone I considered. He visited the site several times, including just to answer our questions about the project, and was always here to supervise the work. Every call or email was answered within 24 hours. His crew was highly professional. Although we paid at the high end for our project, I feel I was fully informed, and it was well worth the cost and will be of long term value.”

“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. “Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”

“We have used RW Anderson over the years for several small projects and have always been pleased with their work so we hired them for a major remodel. Ryan Anderson and the RW Anderson team did a really wonderful job. The 70 year old kitchen and dining room in our large home presented some significant remodeling challenges but we were thrilled with the workmanship, management and outcome. Not only was RW Anderson transparent on costs with regular reports on costs versus budget, they greatly assisted us in understanding the trade-offs inherent in the myriad of decisions to be made in a major remodel. We are thrilled with the outcome and strongly recommend Ryan and his team..”
