Kitchen & Bathroom Designers Near Brookhaven

“We hired Carl for a full renovation of the kitchen and primary bath in our quirky 1920s home. Both spaces desperately needed updating, especially the small kitchen, which had a terrible layout and no upper cabinets. I dreamed of a wide center island, abundant storage and a design that honored our home’s Arts and Crafts character while providing every modern convenience. The big catch: I didn’t want to make the room any larger, and we needed to stay within budget. Enter Carl to save the day! Carl is not only incredibly talented at making spaces beautiful; he also brings invaluable knowledge of construction, engineering and function. He took the time to understand how our young family uses the kitchen, measured meticulously and joined multiple meetings with our contractor, subcontractors and cabinet company, all trusted professionals from his priceless network of local contacts. Big ideas, unexpected challenges and even last-minute changes never seemed to fluster him. He embraced all our requests and found thoughtful ways to make our dreams a reality. The resulting layout solved every problem with our old kitchen and somehow gave us more space, storage and beauty than we could have imagined. Carl then worked his design and color magic, creating an elevated, timeless space filled with rich color, texture, gorgeous lighting and stunning quartzite countertops I never would have found without him. His project management was equally invaluable. His detailed spreadsheet kept every selection organized, his pricing was transparent and his skilled communication kept the entire project moving smoothly. On top of all that, Carl is hilarious and brought joy and humor to a process that can otherwise be incredibly stressful. The renovation was a huge undertaking, but Carl was truly the best part.”

“As an interior designer, one of the most valuable resources you can have is a fabrication partner who truly listens, collaborates, and understands that every project is unique. That is exactly what we found with AV Design Group. We partnered with their team on a custom shelving and built-in cabinetry project for one of our sports clients, and the results were outstanding. They took the time to understand our design intent, remained open to adjustments throughout the process, and executed the vision beautifully. The finished shelving looked exactly as we had envisioned and integrated seamlessly into the overall design of the home. What impressed me most was their willingness to collaborate. Too often, fabricators have a "this is how we do it" approach. AV Design Group approached the project as true partners, working through details with us and helping refine solutions that elevated the final result. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. We are already looking forward to partnering with them on future projects and would not hesitate to recommend them to fellow designers seeking a resource that can bring creative concepts to life. AV Design Group is an exceptional partner, and we can't wait for the opportunity to collaborate on an even larger and more creative project together in the future. #designbuddies #fabricators #interiordesign #cvioncompany”

“In my role at Gin & Luck, I work on multiple bar & restaurant projects each year, and I know how much value the right architect adds. Shaun Fogarty at Norwood Architects was a great partner throughout the planning, design, and construction of Close Company Atlanta. Shaun helped align design ideas, kitchen and equipment planning, and the infrastructure realities of the existing building so everything came together cleanly and confidently. It was also reassuring to know that Shaun was regularly visiting the site, checking in with the contractor, and raising flags quickly when we needed a solution. This allowed the Owner's Team to stay focused on creating a standout space instead of worrying about loose ends. The finished result is a strong, well-executed asset in the Gin & Luck portfolio, and we’d gladly work with him and Norwood Architects again.”
