“In 2005, my Wife and I relocated back to the Vancouver area from florida. We were in the market for a one level house and very few were available or at least not the suited our needs. We were introduced to Fazzolari Custom Homes. John worked with us in locating a lot and then worked with my Wife and I in developing the floor plan that we wanted. John and his crew continued to work with us all through the building process on any changes. As an example, We were visiting the building site on this one day while the framing was in process. The crew just happened to be framing one of the bathrooms in one of the master bedrooms (there are two) and were laying out the shower area. My Wife and I left the site and went to a local restaurant for lunch and my Wife said she wasn't sure she liked the shower design and she did a few quick sketches on a napkin. We went back to the house and showed the changes to Johns Forman and even though the original design had been started he pulled up the framing ,laid out the new changes my Wife had sketched on the napkin. Now that won't happen with the average builder. We would recommend John Fazzolari for any project you may be planning. You won't be disappointed.”

“Our job was a complete remodel of our kitchen which included moving a wall and completely gutting the flooring in the kitchen, entry, laundry and second bathroom. We had a heated tile floor, custom designed cabinetry, recessed ceiling lights, appliances, windows and countertops installed. Nathalie Pillsbury listened to our "wants", made recommendations, met us for many product decisions, addressed our concerns and inevitable changes and was genuinely involved in our project. Mike Roloff hired excellent subcontractors, so that the finished product is outstanding. (Of particular note was the amazing "granite guy", Michael Ambrose, of De La Tierra Stoneworks). This company obtained the necessary permits and held to an agreed upon written timeline. All in all, a very satisfying, albeit disruptive as any remodeling/construction project is, experience. Kudos!”

“Design and execution of remodel that opened kitchen and separate dining room into large open kitchen/dining area. At design level worked well with owners to develop plan. Very knowledgeable regarding materials, as well as up to challenges presented by some aspects of original design, such as ceiling heat that constrained lighting choices. Design team covered range of expertise necessary for the job. Excellent management of the building phase. Workers well coordinated to keep job moving forward. “We originally hired Mosaik Design to do some simple updating of cabinets and lighting in our kitchen. During the demolition of the cabinets a piece of flawed granite was discovered and we decided to proceed with a totally new kitchen design which enhanced and changed our main living area. From the creative design of the new floor plan to the finished project, the Mosaik team was professional and easy to work with. They stayed on schedule and used top notch subcontractors. We are extremely happy with the work they did for us and highly recommend them.”
