“I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

“We are currently working with DDS on a significant exterior project that includes; roof, siding, masonry, and landscape design and we could not be happier with the services that are being provided! The attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled. We have had several contractors provide us estimates and simply hand us a catalog to select materials with no guidance whatsoever. Edwin approached the project from an artistic point of view and was able to provide us with an image of what the house would look like upon completion which literally took all of the guess work out of the equation. Their team of contractors are very mild mannered and approachable and take the extra time each day to clean up and leave the work area spotless. We are beyond thrilled that we chose DDS for this project and look forward to our house being the envy of the block upon completion!”

“Gustavson Dundes provided complete architectural and design services for a redesign and renovation of a 1950's Cape home , and transformed it to a modern colonial. The project was challenging in that the footprint of the house was narrow, and my wish list was long! GD excelled in ensuring the efficient use of small spaces. In particular, the family room includes a desk area and a small bar. They were flexible and listened to my concerns throughout the project. When I decided, rather late to flip a tub from the master bath to the guest bath, they made the change easily. They worked closely with the contractor and monitored progress through out.”

“Complete roof and siding redone. stone work to replace brick on front and driveway light piers. Replaced and trimmed out 16 windows and installed sliding doors on deck. very customer focused and stayed on time and budget. each part of job had an informed foreman in charge who was knowledgeable and helpful.”

“We engaged Creative Build Interior Design right after we started our new construction. We have been working with designer Melissa for kitchen design, color (exterior and interior) selection, vanity selection, light fixture, tile design/selection, hardware selection and etc. for the whole house. Melissa has provided very professional and valuable advice during the whole project and made our life much easier. She quickly helped us to find out our style (we often do not realize what we really like) and found something that fits our style and also in the right trend. We become more and more rely on Melissa's taste and advice. Melissa always stays on top of things and does things in the right order. She is very passionate about the work and often goes beyond the initial scope of the work to make sure that we get all the advise we need. The house turns out to be great and we reality love it! We received a lot of compliments from all the people who worked there and friends who stopped by. Everyone told me that they like the colors, kitchen, lights and everything. The house looks elegants and different from the spec houses on the market. We are thankful that we engaged Creative Build Interior Design for our new house and we felt we are lucky to work with Melissa. I would recommend their company and Melissa to my friends.”

He design new cabinets for both my kitchen and dining room. He is professional and will do his best to make your renovation ideas come to life. “We cannot recommend John enough! He was quick to respond, so organized, and kept us up to date on the progress of our project throughout the process. In addition to the great execution of our project, John clearly has a great aesthetic eye - so when there were things we were unsure about our decision on, we felt good asking for his opinion and trusting that he knew what would look good in the end. This is our first home, so it was difficult to trust someone with the work we needed done, but we are so glad with the choice we made and the way everything turned out.”

“Honey-Do-Men is our go-to company! When we first moved into our home, we had a leak in the roof over our living room and bathroom. Darrell came to our home the same day we called and got up on the roof to inspect. He notified us that the roof was in poor shape and would eventually need to be replaced. We asked him to buy us some more time, which he willingly accommodated - and did a wonderful patch job that same day. Years later, we sprung for a new roof and gutters. His team came out to our house, completed the job as scheduled and did a superb job! His team also fixed our crumbling chimney with beautiful new bricks. Darrell was always available to answer our questions every step of the way. No matter what we threw at him, he swung our requests out of the park and accommodated every single last detail. He knows his stuff and will steer you in the right direction for your home and budget. His office staff is also amazing and helpful beyond words. In this automated world we live in, it is so important to get a live person on the phone - and that is exactly what we got with Honey-Do-Men! Thank you so much for all that you've done for us.
