“Notion did my kitchen. Natalia and I picked everything together, and she personally worked to oversee the crew daily. We stayed on budget and my kitchen is the centerpiece of the house and the perfect Italian girls kitchen I wanted. Start to finish, done in four weeks, with minimal disruption to my active family. Hoping we do my main bath/basement this spring!”

They arrived on time and worked non stop until time to leave. This project was completed in a timely fashion and the workmanship was perfect! “I had some eccentric ideas for my space and Pittsburgh Property Remodelers were able to bring them to life beyond my imagination! It was great to hear an enthusiastic yes and I felt comfortable to give them some creative freedom. Not only were the designs we collaborated on unique, but the attention to detail and execution were impeccable. As a woman with no knowledge of construction, Pittsburgh Property Remodeler's process and transparency, made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the transaction. I was able to see detailed pictures and notes on what to expect at each step and what was done each day. All the employees were respectful and kept my space clean and neat. I want to buy another house, just to see what cool designs we could come up with.”

“I've worked with Justin and Cipriani Studios in the past at a previous firm. We worked side by side with Justin to help develop his projects. He has a very keen eye for the crisp lines and modern details that make his projects really pop. I've always thought of myself as one of the more pragmatic architects, while Justin is much more the dreamer and visionary, and it shows in his beautiful and original designs. He's one of the few architects or designers I know who is putting out really high end modern design in the Pittsburgh region, and it's a truly refreshing experience compared to so many of the cookie cutter suburban developments that continually take place. Justin is willing to take a risk on good design and urban infill projects, and it's paying off!”

“After interviewing a number of builders for my custom designed home, I selected Curtis Graff of Graf Custom Construction. My decision to do so was based on extensive research into the type of home I had designed and their familiarity with the newest technology. Throughout the project planning, Curtis Graf invested significant time in helping me evaluate the variety of solutions for HVAC, insulation, windows, foundation and other critical components of the available material and construction techniques. I had consulted with other builders that were not interested or willing to discuss these options with me, and basically told me how they planned to build my home, and didn't seem too concerned in what I wanted to purchase. The Graf crew are remarkable. Many of folks working on my home were direct employees and not subcontractors. Curtis Graf was usually on site and got his hands dirty. I had spoken to some builders who never do any work themselves, and I believe that Graf has the right approach. In conclusion, I am delighted with the quality of the home I received and the consideration and attitude of the entire team. They are very responsive to minor issues, even after being paid! I would do some things differently if I were ever to build another home, but would definitely hire this company.”

“My wife and I lack the 'vision' needed to see the potential of an open space. A Google search led us to Pittsburgh Design and Remodeling, and we reached out to inquire about their basement design services. The design agreement consisted of an initial phone consultation, several 3D renderings (which were updated based on our feedback), and ultimately a neatly packaged pdf file with all of the information. Jeff (the owner) asked all the right questions to get the conversation started and paid close attention to our responses. He presented some interesting ideas that we otherwise would not have come up with. He is friendly, professional, and did exactly what we contracted him to do. We would highly recommend his design services. I should add that our agreement was for design services only. No actual work was performed on the basement so I cannot comment on that part of the business.”
