He is a pleasure to work with, is extremely thorough and has great and innovative ideas. He listens to your wants and needs, delivers a great work product and he makes the design process fun. “Hi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!”

“No 2nd quote! Yes! I signed my first ADU contract with DH! Either Sam and his team are too good, or I am too blind trusting, and so far, I think it is the former. Sam took me to work sites, and had me meeting designer Shon, on phone with his manager, Idan. The team works very well together. I like that. Sam has the ability to remove all the doubts and questions I have, and he is a creative problem solver I did not mark a 5 star because we just started. Sometimes, Joey don't reply my text right away, I understand that everybody is busy, and I don't immediately reply everything either, and on issues gating the progress, Sam is very responsive. All in all, things look good.”

“We moved to California a few years ago, and were a little in the dark on who to go to when we purchased our home. Our freind recommended Bay Home Remodeling for our project, and we could not be more pleased with the work. They really took the reigns and completed an amazing project for us. Tom was prompt, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Our home built in the almost 100 years ago and had minimal renovations over the years. The team helped us create a beautiful design that opened up the floor plan, and completely remodeled the house based on our life style. Tom and Gal were the lead contractors on our job, and we loved having them at the house every day. We were actually very sad when they were finished because it meant they wouldn't be a part of our day to day life. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. Everything was completed to perfection. They made the home new, while keeping the charm of the house. The team gave us great insights along the way. When we were stuck on a decision they guided us the right direction. I loved that Tom would always include his input when we were making a design decision. His expertise and experience was invaluable in making the right calls. We found that the selection of finishes from the Bay Home Remodeling partners excellent. We love the cabinetry, flooring, and counter top. Overall we could not be more pleased with our renovated home, and our time working with Bay Home Remodeling. Guy made it all look very easy as he explained me every step and was very detailed and patience with me, He helped me choose all the materials and also help me with his contractor discounted prices. “We worked with Dotter & Solfjeld most recently to design an Italian villa on a hillside in Saratoga, CA. This was actually our third project together as they worked on an expansion and remodel of our previous house in Palo Alto as well. As soon as we bought the lot in Saratoga Russ and Wencke, of D&S, began studying the landscape, spending significant time at different points in the day to intimately understand the light, the views and the flow of the hillside. Russ and Wencke are experts at both exterior and interior architecture and design, and they are an amazing team! Once they felt they knew the property, they spent time with us to understand what we liked and disliked and then began designing our house based largely on Italian building principles of thick walls and simple, yet elegant, construction. D&S involved us in every step of the process and ensured we were completely comfortable with each phase of the design before moving forward. They totally went above and beyond the call of duty by diligently working with our planning department and even one neighbor. They were our advocates with the City and were clearly extremely well respected by everybody they interfaced with. During the building process, D&S worked closely with our contractor and foreman to ensure that the project ran smoothly and stayed on budget. Often times, there is tension between architects and contractors, but our contractor loved working with D&S. Some of our friends have also used D&S to design ultra modern homes...D&S is super versatile and we unequivocally and enthusiastically recommend them.”

“Manny Lopez and his team of professionals completed a full remodel of the landscaping projects we desired around our home last year. All of the work was top quality and done to our satisfaction. He coordinated his team's work with other contractors installing solar, and a large swim spa, as well as a complex deck. There were no disagreements with other workmen on the projects, and the advance planning allowed for the use of heavy machinery where needed, concrete deliveries, and other materials for all the other projects. Regarding ideas we had for the way we wanted the final project to look, Manny provided timely ideas, excellent solutions that were cost effective or even saved money, and he always came in on time. He kept us appraised of the project progress, items that need to be adjusted, and included changes we asked for as the project went along. He came in on budget. My wife and I have built homes before, renovated apartment properties, improved commercial and condo projects, so we have worked with many contractors over the years. Manny is the best.”
