“Brian is an excellent architect! He has been helping us design our home to be built in Marble Colorado. The location is near Aspen Colorado and the property is basically on the side of a mountain. He has a great appreciation for the setting and has provided an efficient and effective design. We wanted simplicity, functionality and an aesthetic pleasing to the environment....and he has delivered. Importantly, Brian has good listening skills and easily took our feedback and incorporated into the design. I called him my architect/psychiatrist because he was also great talking us through the project if we were becoming overwhelmed.”

“In 2019 we embarked on a total remodel. The home we purchased had been neglected and needed everything on the exterior replaced including siding, windows, doors and roofing. We also wanted to upgrade the kitchen and baths, as well as relocate of some of the interior walls. Peak and Prairie Homes exceeded our expectations. We were so pleased with how the home turned out that we had them build a new garage/shop the following year. Carl was easy to work with. He listened to our design ideas and turned them into the home of our dreams. We are very happy and continually receive compliments on our property.”

“Jason built me a commercial building for my salon business. He accomplished everything I needed. Our building is energy efficient, with all the latest technology, a realistic cost, finished work in a timely manner. He completed our building in 6 months. move in ready. I will hire Jason for again. His craftmanship and building supplies used is top notch. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!”

“I hired Billy Hutto of Design Build Unlimited for the following: 1. Draft home design submitted 2.Design elevation based on information provided by client 3 Contract/build approx 3800 sq ft home on the river in Montrose, CO. 4 Be willing to work with client on design elements in an enthusiastic way, 5. Provide an approx. bid 6. Stay in constant communication with client, never assuming anything Because Design Build Unlimited followed all of these requirements, we highly recommend them to anyone needing these types of services. It is hard to like most builders at the end of a project, but I would hire them again in a heart beat!!!”
