“I hired Dylan to do some upgrades on my home. He expanded my existing 2nd story deck and installed an inset hot tub in it. He also built a second addition to the deck that was covered and screened in. I used him for an number of other projects around the house including painting and replacing rotten siding along one side of my home with Hardiplank. My wife, myself, and my wife's mother eventually moved. We found out that the refrigerator in the kitchen had been leaking and rotted some of the flooring and walls. Dylan did an excellent job tearing everything out and replacing the framing, drywall and flooring with no trace of the original damage. Later on, we had Dylan replace the back deck with a larger one and eventually installed a metal roof over it. The largest project he did for us, though, was the basement remodel. It was a basement, double garage along with a small workshop and some utility areas. After he was finished it was a comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment for my mother-in-law. This included a custom, curbless shower for her. In all the years Dylan has worked for me, I have known him to work with determination and honesty. I have always been impressed with the quality of his work. I have clearly seen over the years the pride he has in his work and would gladly hire him again if he was still here in GA.”

“My husband and I were looking to change our floor from carpet to tile. I'm very selected with people, and specially with designers and hose remodelers. The minute Cole walked in my house, I knew I had the right person for my house remodeling projects. Cole and his team did my tile, my carpet and the fireplace. Amazing finishes, details, timeframe, and, overall, a very professional job! We have more projects to come, and we can't wait to see how everything is going to look! Very professional team and friendly people! Last week we had a problem with our heater, and the first person that cross our mind was Cole. Immediately, Cole was at our house, and he and his team fix the problem within 2 days. Again, in the best professional way! More than thankful and glad that we know Cole and how special he's been with our home and family!”
