“Glengarry Construction & Design did major renovation in our house. We had the basement finished with a new bathroom and living room as the first project. The second project was a total make over of the main bathroom. We could not have asked for better contactors and workers. They designed both projects taking in consideration our wishes, ideas and budget. The work was excellent and it was done rapidly and efficiently. They were very well organized. At the end of the day, they would leave the place clean. Through the renovation, they keep us informed of the progress and the next step to be. They were very professional, respectful and polite while working. Their workmanship skills were remarkable. We are totally satisfied with the work done in our house. The renovations were completed in August 2020 and we are still very happy with the final product. We highly recommend Glengarry Construction & Design for your renovation or new construction.”

While I worried about problems Dustin (the owner) may encounter working on my home, his response was " Una I tell my clients I don't have problems only solutions." “The project was the complete renovation of a 30 year old side-split bungalow, including removal of walls to create a modern open look in the kitchen and living areas, the addition of an attic beam to compensate for the wall removals, addition of modern hardwood flooring throughout, and ceramic tiling in entranceway, mudroom, and bathrooms, and complete renovation and update of the bathrooms. Igor's work ethic, knowledge, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and budgets were exemplary! His willingness and ability to deliver beyond the original scope of the project without significantly impacting deadlines and budgets was appreciated! I highly recommend this professional!”

“Diane did an amazing job transforming our house into the perfect home! When we sold our house this past spring everyone kept commenting on the amazing design! Diane also did an amazing job managing the project - so much that I kept saying "doing a reno is easy"! I realize it was easy as Diane was carrying all my stress. She managed the timelines and the budget brilliantly! And of course - she was very easy and professional. I was always confident with her advice - I knew it was well researched and thought through! I also knew that the contracts she provided and the payments she approved were done correctly - and I didn't have to worry about issues with contractors. My husband and I would highly recommend her! “We had the pleasure of working with Tonya and her amazing team on a project we headed up at the local Ronald McDonald House. To say that we were more than impressed with their professionalism was an understatement. Their team worked closely with us and helped us create the vision we had for the room renovation and the end result was simply magical for any family that now gets to stay in the room. We cannot thank them enough for their quality of work but more importantly their wonderful hearts and dedication to the job at hand. Highly recommend them for any job you may be planning and I know we will be using them again!!”
