“Very professional from quotation to job completion. (Approximately 400 sf of porcelain tile planks) Staff is very knowledgeable of all products and installation techniques. “I went to Dover Rug in search for a rug for my living room. I had a very specific rug in mind. Upon entering the store, I found they had one of largest selections I had seen. The saleswoman who approached me was very helpful. She was able to show me exactly what I was looking for. I was amazed how knowledgeable she was not only of rugs but of her entire inventory. She, furthermore, offered to have the rug delivered, free of charge, to my residence so I could see it in place. They brought the rug to my home the very next day, and moved the appropriate furniture so they could lay it down properly. It looked great. I really felt good about my purchase. I was very impressed that I found the perfect rug for the right price with such efficiency.”
