“Phenomenal family owned business, with great service and even better prices. We had Diablo Flooring install carpets in our bedrooms, closets, stairs and loft after we purchased our first home. They came out right away for an estimate and their prices were incredibly reasonable. They came back four days later and did the whole job and it turned out beautiful. We were so happy with how everything turned out, we even had them make us an area rug out of the same carpet that we used in the rest of the house. All in all, I would never think of using anyone else for carpet in the bay area ever again.”

“Amazing experience in dealing with this company. Was very indecisive on what type of flooring to use and my flooring sales person (ask for Rojulio) did an awesome job guiding me through different types of brands and the pro's and con's of each. Bonus for calling my installer to verify measurements and the right type of metal stripping to use on the top of my tile. Look out for me for my bathroom and hopefully they are up to the challenge Also a thumbs up for having someone that spoke Spanish- made my transaction a little easier.”

“I can't say enough good things about Signature Carpet One. Not just a flooring store...they have a great selection of carpet, hardwood, tile, countertop materials and Hunter Douglas window coverings! The prices are competitive and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had them do my bathroom and kitchen remodel. I felt at ease with their professionalism and ability to work with my schedule for installation. The crew was great. They were punctual, clean, careful, paid attention to detail and obviously took pride in their work. John and Stefy were both a pleasure to work with, attentive, understanding and communicative. They are genuinely good people that care about their family owned business. They did an outstanding job and I'm a very satisfied customer! I will be hiring them again to refinish my hardwood floors.
