“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“Riemco built our lake home. They were exceptionally professional, knowledgable and timely. Their attention to detail and focus on pleasing the customer was a plus for house. Our house is beautiful, and the envy of many of our neighbors. We are so pleases with the quality of our home from the ground up. “We wanted our bathroom completely redone and Rufino of Labra Design Build handled the whole project from start to finish. I gave him my list of must haves and he designed a digital rendering of what it would look like. From demolition to the final result he was always clean, courteous and considerate of our lives as he worked around us. We love our new bathroom and wish we had done it sooner. “I have used Odd Fellows Contracting at least five times in the last ten years. I have even recommended them to my parents. Odd Fellows has always had experienced professionals do my jobs, the people have been friendly and take pride in their work. They do a great job of cleaning up during and after the job. The jobs they have done have been, dig out and redo a crawl space; redo two bathrooms; replace a outside wall and place new flooring down; repair a garage roof as well as replace sections of a covered walkway roof and place new supports for the walkway. My parents were very pleased with the basement ceiling and lighting that was done for them. Odd Fellow is my go to contractor. (the date and cost is for the last project they did for me.)”

“R. L. Rider Co. worked with me to remodel the living room, dining room, bedroom, and kitchen of my 1870s farmhouse. This included redoing walls, adding crown moldings, moving a doorway, matching bead board, and a complete kitchen gut remodel (including design services). The work is absolutely stunning. I would not have believed the result had I not lived through the process, which they made as smooth as possible. Constant communication. I highly, highly recommend this contractor and would never use anybody else.”

“We are incredibly pleased with our experience working with Rochman Design-Build. They are very attentive to detail and listened to us as we described our needs and expectations for the project. The new work is seamless with the original home. They reused as much of the old trim and materials as possible and designed the addition so the house does not seem at all disjointed or added-on. Rochman's approach is to not make the client feel the stress or frustration when challenges arise. We really appreciated that. They cleaned up every night and kept the dust to a minimum throughout the whole project. They also made every accommodation to make it manageable for us to live in the house while the work was being done. In the end, the renovated kitchen and mudroom are beautiful and functional and we are quite happy.”

“Jeff and the entire Alpha team are outstanding! They did a complete renovation of our entire first floor, including kitchen, while we were living in the home. From start to finish, the process was a breeze because of their clear communication, partnership and professionalism, and they left the site spotless every day. The end results looks just like the design drawings. We cannot say enough about their subcontractors and the quality of their work. It still looks brand new nearly 3 years later. “Adaptive Building Solutions helped us do a remodel on our home in 2012. They moved an staircase, expanded a bathroom, and added a closet. We were happy with the work ABS did for us - particularly the lovely built-in woodwork (shelves, bench, etc.). His price was more competitive than others who gave us quotes and was helpful in thinking about ways to adjust the project scope to keep us in budget. He was flexible along the way as we thought of minor additional changes we wanted to make. We would recommend Mike to others.”
