“Sprucehill Contracting project managed a major renovation for us in North Vancouver, which included an addition to the second level of the home, and a complete gut-and-rebuild of the interior space. In addition to the routine challenges faced in any renovation, the job had the additional challenge of being subject to work on a streamside protected property in the District of North Vancouver (the house literally sits over a creek). Any time we ran into a challenge with sourcing materials, working within our budget or working within the strict streamside bylaws, we felt that this team had our back and our best interests at heart. We were very well informed, and well listened to every step of the way. Erik and the Sprucehill team were able to navigate through the bylaws and restrictions within the DNV, work seamlessly with our designer and build our dream home, both on time and on budget. In the end, we couldn't be happier with the team and the results. Would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone looking to do a small renovation to a complete build from the ground up.”

“We had looked at numerous designs and discussed options with several builders for our view lot in Mission, B.C.. The physical characteristics of the lot required vision and experience to fully realize an optimal design. At the time we were considering a build, we were fortunate to attend an open house for several recently completed projects that Gold Edge designed and built. We were completely sold on the aesthetics, livability and practicality of the homes we viewed. We entered into discussions about a home for the lot and what they thought we could achieve. It became evident they had good ideas and made suggestions and recommendations for a great design, while maintaining focus on our budget target. The house was completed July 2015 (on time!) - after 8 months we can say we love our new home. From the design, through to completion, Gold Edge made the process very straightforward and have dealt with the few issues we've had subsequent to completion very quickly. “Excellent company to work with and we had a terrific advisor!! From start to finish we appreciated support from design changes to on going construction advice. At one point, we had a problem with the sub floor material. Linwood (with the assistance of our advisor/designer) immediately took control and rectified the problem WITHOUT HESITATION or additional delay! We are so very impressed with the support and determination to make our project run smoothly to completion and the attention to our satisfaction. There is no other company I would deal with in building a new home!”

“We hired Versa Platinum Renovations to add 600 square feet to home and completely renovate an additional 500+ square feet inside, just the thought of this was a scary Reno for us with three small kids and having to open up the whole side of our home in the winter months to the environment, From the initial conversation with Felipe determining the budget, permits, Andrea designs and construction it was incredible! we had a very clear communication through the whole project, it was completed on time and on budget!! The trades were very punctual and respectful of our family and space and I am pleased to recommend Versa and there team to anyone looking for the highest quality Renovation and a very respectful and professional team! I will be hiring Felipe, Andrea and there team for my future projects! Michael and Steva, Langley.”
