“I have had the pleasure of working with Alan Mann on four distinct projects over a 10 year period of time. All have been large, multi-week remodeling projects that have improved our home (and our parent’s home). These projects have included all aspects of home building and have been delivered earlier than expected with excellent value. Our most recent project was a major remodel of our kitchen. Ironically, we had friends doing the same – our project started later, ended earlier, was less expensive and yet was for a larger space. Previous projects have included adding extensive trim work to a previously unadorned house, converting an attic space to a two person office with sitting area, adding a bathroom, built-ins for multiple bedrooms, and rehabbing an older ranch (our parent’s home) that had significant structural damage from pests.
