“It is truthfully my pleasure to recommend Intertwine Living for anyone’s renovation needs. From our very first meeting, it was clear Andrea was willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs all while staying in our budget. We did a full kitchen reno including removing a load bearing wall, adding a mudroom wall, adding windows, all new cabinetry/countertops/appliances, adding more lighting, the works. Andrea was able to complete the project a full month sooner than any estimate we received prior. We, also, did this renovation in December! The holiday chaos usually makes things more challenging but Andrea was consistently just a text or phone call away and always made time to listen to my many requests and commentary throughout the process. She is not just a contractor but a true designer as well and configured everything better than I could have hoped. Her construction team was very respectful of our house and made an effort to keep things as clean as they could during the remodel. We are planning to do an addition in the future and will, absolutely, be using Andrea and her team. “I was born here in Hampton and have worked for 5 builders over my long career in the construction industry. I went to work for Performance Contracting in 1998 and worked there until we saw a slow down in 2011. Performance Contracting by far hires the most qualified subcontractors and suppliers I have worked with and many I was happy to say I had worked with over the years with other customer builders. These guys are the most honest, hard working subcontractors in our area. Jim Duguay, the owner of Performance, proved time and time again of his fair practices and respect for his customers. The construction industry is seeing a come back and I am just waiting for the phone call to come back to work on a full time basis again.”

“I have been a repeat customer of Birstler Home Improvements formerly of New York. The principal Stephen has remodeled kitchens and bathrooms in both my residence and my investment property. He has also installed windows and roofs on both properties. His estimates are competitive with all licensed and insured contractors. His contracts are very detailed. He is on the premises during the entire project. He is very knowledgeable on building codes, architecture, new materials/techniques and skilled trades. He has great ideas on design. He recommends quality materials. He is detail oriented as far as the finish work. He expect high quality work from his employees and supervises them closely. No job is too small. I contracted him to power wash, prepare my rental property between tenants, a clean up project after a backup in my parent's basement, repairs to my screen house, installing fixtures, and a mason project on my sidewalks and driveway. I have referred him to many friends and family. They were extremely satisfied. Most important, I have peace of mind. I don't have to worry about anything incomplete or trying to track him down as I experienced with other contractors in the past.”
