“I have used Jason on numerous small and major projects at my residence. Most of all he is a perfectionist and does great work. He is on time and leave the worksite clean. His tile work is superb. He has tiled also my entire house from floors to bathroom showers. Jason is truth worthy and I allow him to work inside my residence when I am not home. “We contracted with this General Contractor to build a new 2,800 sqft home for our retirement in Oakhurst, CA. Papike performed the task well, largely on time, and within budget, despite having to right numerous wrongs that he inherited from the original, unethical, contractor. Throughout the project, Papike demonstrated thorough knowledge of all disciplines (structural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.) and was both professional and flexible. He built us a magnificent home that oozes quality. We would not hesitate to call on him again.”

“I had a wonderful experience working with Michael and Zarina Rosenfeld from Rosenfeld Construction. In 2005, my husband and I had flood damage to our two story home. The entire upstairs and down stair floors were ruined. The damage included the downstairs ceilings and most of the vertical walls. We had to move out temporarily while our home was being restored. My kitchen was a very small galley and in- adequate to say the least. We decided this was the time to add on to our home. The following addition was added on - a master bathroom, two walk in closets in the master bedroom, a large kitchen with 12 foot ceilings, custom cabinets and a large island, a full size laundry room and a new entrance and front door. Michael was very detailed in his work and a perfectionist! The door moldings, baseboards and wood work is such fine craftsmanship. The house received a new roof, new paint in every room, hardwood floors through out the main floor and granite counter tops in the kitchen. The addition looks like it is all original to the home. I am still so pleased and receive many compliments on my lovely custom home. I found Michael and Zarina very easy to work with and they took very good care of my concerns and requests. They are both very knowledgeable about period and style of homes and can get the best value for the price of the many items needed. They were always looking out for my pocket book and upfront about costs. I am so happy I had Michael and Zarina do the work on our home. They are wonderful people and I highly recommend them! “We hired Current Construction to replace our deck. This also consisted of replacing a roof, support beams, reinforcing framing and a lot of other elements effectively the equivalent to an seismic retrofit. Their team was extremely professional, had a great eye for design, and worked within budget and timeline. We won't hesitate to hire them again!”

“Azevedo Construction is amazing. Not only is our new kitchen absolutely spectacular, but they did the entire job in 6 weeks. It was more than a complete gut, as we had to tear down the ceiling and build a new one higher up. The best part is in that 6 weeks there were only 3 days when someone was not there working. Their coordination of the job was amazing!!!”
