“In 2014, we purchased a 1625 sq ft bungalow in Bow Meadows and after several meetings, chose Align Developments to do a major interior renovation of the main level. The flooring was replaced with hardwood and tile, the kitchen was completely redesigned with new cupboards and an island, a garage entrance laundry room/bathroom was replace with a redesigned laundry area and walk through pantry connecting to the kitchen, the master bedroom en suite was enlarged and brightened and lighting throughout was up graded. Some walls were moved or re-oriented. It was a significant renovation, and we were dealing with time and budget restrictions. The bottom-line is that the project was finished on-time and on-budget and all of our expectations for our new home were met or surpassed. Align Developments gave us untold amount of advice and options as we moved through the process. “In 2019, Wendy and I purchased a mid-1980’s era villa/bungalow. We wanted to make a number of changes to our new home so that it would better meet our particular needs and enable us to “age in place”. We knew we wanted to work with Fresh Start Projects Inc and Ernest Young, in particular, based on our past experience working with him on renovation projects at our first home.
