“Built a new extension, remodeled kitchen and built a new deck. The majority of the work was of the highest quality. Organization and planning could have been better. The project took a lot longer than expected. Some situations were beyond our control while others could have been avoided through better coordination. On the whole we are very happy with the work. We broke ground in November - it's now late July and I think we have 3 - 4 more weeks of work till we are completed.”

“Big shout out to Val and his team. Reliable, honest, high communication and great skills. Complete renovation down to the studs with a massive addition, new everything! Renovations are never an easy thing but Val held our hand throughout the entire process and made our dream home a reality. So many decisions to make along the way. Val was always available to answer questions, support and guide us in the right direction... and keep us calm, LOL. It came out beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. “Let me first off start by stating, that I usually don't write reviews. That being said, Erna Properties deserves my time to write this review. I have been working with Dave the owner since the summer of 2016. He is extremely hands on, attentive to detail and professional. He is a man of his word, when he says he will be somewhere at a specific time, he means it. His workers show up for a full days work and leave the area clean. I'm not easy to please, I'm one of those people that like to be hands on and do multiple inspections during a project. Not only did Dave not have a problem with it, he welcomed it. His motto is; "on time, on budget and done my way (the client)" can you get better? We feel very blessed to have found him and to be working with him. I know that when we move into our new home, this building process will be the first of many fond memories to come. I know that spending your hard earned money is a big deal and choosing the right contractor is essential for peace of mind. Dave and his company realize that too, they will treat you like family and respect your time and money as if it were their own. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you hire them.”

“Allan did an amazing job with our kitchen remodeling, which included demolition, addition of a large room, changing roof lines and some major internal changes in other areas. He would personally be on the job 6 days a week, and this entire effort (from demolition to a shell being ready) was completed in less than 10 weeks. In the meantime, he had built a temporary kitchen in our basement, and sealed off the area to prevent dust pollution. Cannot recommend Allan highly enough -- his costs were very reasonable (I shopped around), his workmanship is excellent, his team is very professional, highly ethical (no hidden charges or surprises) -- I've recommended Allan to many friends, and would not hesitate to hire him again.”

“I would highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone! And already have! Our neighbors recommended him to us after their bathroom reno and our other neighbors will be using him in the fall for theirs. He’s the best! We renovated 2.5 bathrooms this spring with Jack. His quote came in where we were hoping which was great. But more importantly for us was the quality of the work and ease of working with him and his team. Jack is very responsive, timely, and always follow through, which we have learned is difficult to find. Whenever I got stressed, Jack always remained calm and addressed any concerns right away. Truly Jack and his team were a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects! (See pics of Northern Liberties bathrooms for our reno)”

“I had the absolute pleasure of using Pro Bros for my condo remodel! I never had much work done in my home before so I was extremely nervous about where to start and about finding a contractor I could trust that wouldn’t try to take me for a ride because I’m a female. After a few other quotes, I finally found Mike and Joe on instagram (@probrosllc) who came over to do a free estimate. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they walked me through everything - step by step - and kept me calm throughout the whole process. I finally felt like I was being treated like a human and not just some customer - especially cause they were always quick to respond to all of my countless calls and texts (lol sorry guys!). They redid both of my bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms - floors to ceiling - in such a quick amount of time! It was beautiful! I was able to sell my condo well over asking price in 2 months time - although it was really sad parting ways with it then!! THANK YOU MIKE AND JOE!!! I’m so happy you were available to do my new home remodel now :)!! THE BEST!!”

“I used Wow Your Ideas for a complete home renovation. The inside of my home was almost completely demolished then rebuilt into an open concept dream home. The owner, Meko Foster, has an amazing brain that can turn the most difficult ideas into reality. He is brilliant, professional, personable, extremely reliable, and ALWAYS keeps "your" best interest and budget in mind. He removed walls, ceilings, moved doorways, etc., all according to code. After the reconstruction, Meko finished the interior with décor. His eye for color, décor, and design is extraordinary, as he has the ability to coordinate and blend the entire space so that it flows from room to room. I don't believe there is any unique idea that he cannot conquer. Meko starts the process with listening to your "needs" and "wants", keeping you involved throughout the project, then miraculously brings your ideas to fruition. And, if you don't have "ideas", simply let Meko figure out what the space needs. With a small budget, he added just the right touch to another house of mine that enabled me to sell it quickly. His creativity will amaze you.”
