“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“Dino installed our kitchen cabinets with perfect precision and detail. He built our island beautifully like a piece of furniture. He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. He spent all the time we needed with us and we never felt rushed. He completed our project down to last detail before moving onto his next job. “They gave me a 900 sqft 2nd floor addition with entire 1st floor alterations. This project included a kitchen, three baths, hardwood flooring, roofing, siding, windows, two decks, etc!! They also built a detached garage and took care of all my landscaping. The project was a huge success. They did what was promised and finished before the expected complete date. There price was fair and they stuck to it. There were no extra charges as the project was being done. They were on time, respectful, professional and pleasure to deal with. “Gaudioso Contracting did a complete renovation of my tiny studio apartment kitchen in New York City. From my very first meeting they were courteous, helpful and professional. Their estimate seemed fair to me based on what other contractors had submitted and so we proceeded. Even though it is a small kitchen, they treated it as if it were in a mansion on Long Island. Their work was meticulous and quick....and when it was all finished they had a cleaning crew come to clean the plaster dust from the entire apartment.
