“Chris is an unbelievable craftsman. He built me a library loft, based on nothing more than a hand drawn picture I took while sitting in my living room. The final product was better than I expected and continues to impress me years later. I included two pictures, the first of the built-in entertainment center and the second of the library loft. He also kept in contact with me during the entire build process and always notified me if he experienced specialty material delays. Thank you, Chris.”

“I have used Graham's Construction on numerous projects at my home, including refacing my fireplace, a complete bathroom remodel, scraping my ceilings and the installation of new floors in my guest bedroom. John, the owner, also did a build-out at my office building, which turned out beautifully. Recently I hired Graham's Construction to do a kitchen remodel at my home changing out my tile to granite, installing a new stove and sink. John, as always, did a beautiful job. “As a interior designer I have worked with a lot of Gen Contractor’s over the last 30 plus years… They are definitely not all equal in the level of service they provide. Working with Armando and his crew of guys is an exceptional experience. They are capable to do absolutely anything, but what really makes them stand out for me is there overall attitude , he and all of his guys are always very pleasant, very professional, and I absolutely love working with them! It’s a rare find… To have the work come out great as well as really enjoying the process along the way.”

“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”
