“DBW completed a total makeover of our house in Rockland, including removing a bearing wall and inserting replacement support beams in the ceiling. Drywalling, rockwork, painting, installing steam shower, flooring, carpeting were all completed. The house was then displayed in the parade of homes in 2010. Excellent caring workmanship. Very easy to work with and workmanship of the highest caliber.”

“Just a fantastic contractor to deal with. I bought the very first house in the Woodland Creek development in Sooke BC. Needless to say, i was a little nervous, as we had a fairly new heating system (geothermal) to our area and buying the first house also meant that I didn't have any feedback from any previous owners to research. Steve and his company made the overall experience incredibly smooth.. Any problems i had, Steve would personally show up and assist with whatever i needed. Not that there were alot of problems, in fact most of them were third party (sewer pump, me not knowing how to use the geothermal system properly etc..) Tony installed an entrance hall and four bathrooms for me which included a huge glassed in shower, accent walls and inserts. He used a range of products from marble mosaics, oversized textured porcelain tiles, natural stone, and subway tile with beautiful results. He takes his time and does the job right the first time. I would not hesitate to recommend Tony and his company!”

“What an amazing group of people associated with Pepe and Seabrook Developments, from those working directly for Pepe and all those who were sub-trades! Pepe Matinez (Now owner and at Seabrook Developments) ran and organized my project. He is very professional and focused on both details and quality of work provided. Very polite and maintained the job site clean at all times. If there was a concern it took just a simple phone call and within the hour the concern was addressed and corrected. Amazing follow-up care as well to date. The project was on time, and they went the extra mile working nights and weekends to ensure we were on time as this was a commercial project. Just amazing fit and finish, both our clients and staff are absolutely thrilled with the finished project. They were nearly on budget (but the extra's do finish the feeling and look) Pepe and his team were very knowledgable about working with all the dental equipment and set up what we needed to ensure all the equipment worked properly and was plumbed properly for water, compressor, suction lines and all the miles of electrical and communication cables. Nothing was missed or had to be retrofitted. EVEN THOUGH THE HOUSE IS NOT PEPE'S PROJECT PEPE AND HIS TEAM HAVE JUST BEEN A PHONE CALL AWAY TO HELP OUT THERE AS WELL”
