“Superior did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. I was impressed with the prep done to prevent dirt and dust from going all over the house. The workers were here every day and on time. They were very friendly and polite. They consulted us on every item which needed an opinion by us. The total tear down and rebuild was done without a flaw. The tile laying, grouting, caulking and painting were excellently done. Cleanup was done very good also. “I used Brothers Renovations after the basement in my house in Royal Oak flooded with sewage back on 8-12-14. After a remediation company did the initial clean-up and removed the lower half of my finished basement, Brothers Renovations came in and demolished the entire basement, even removing the wooden studs, and rebuilt an entirely new basement from the metal studs up which was strategically designed to limit damage and clean-up in the event of another flood in the future. The owner, Alex Reschka, helped design the new finished basement and had excellent space-saving and cost-saving ideas and even created a unique hidden door (a sliding bookshelf) that completely hides a storage room and significantly improved the looks of the main room. I've gone from paneling and a drop ceiling to dry-walled ceilings and tiled floors. I now have a larger fully-tiled bathroom and a wet bar which no doubt enhance the value of my home. I found Mr. Reschka to be honest and trustworthy and Brothers Renovations provided excellent quality and craftsmanship. They stayed on schedule and within budget and I couldn’t be happier with the end-result. I wholeheartedly recommend Brothers Renovations without hesitation to perform any home remodeling job, big or small.”
