“Cordero and Corey did an excellent job on my bathroom. I wasn't sure about the design all I knew was this terrible pink had to go! Cordero went above and beyond helping me pick out items. Once demo began we encountered plumbing issues and old pipes. The team was able to assure me this would be no problem to fix. I am completely in love with my new bathroom (especially the Bluetooth ventilation system) and can't wait to have you all make my kitchen beautiful! Thank you for always showing up on time, cleaning up each day, and keeping the lines of communication open whenever I had concerns or a new problem occurred.”

“I used Brothers Renovations after the basement in my house in Royal Oak flooded with sewage back on 8-12-14. After a remediation company did the initial clean-up and removed the lower half of my finished basement, Brothers Renovations came in and demolished the entire basement, even removing the wooden studs, and rebuilt an entirely new basement from the metal studs up which was strategically designed to limit damage and clean-up in the event of another flood in the future. The owner, Alex Reschka, helped design the new finished basement and had excellent space-saving and cost-saving ideas and even created a unique hidden door (a sliding bookshelf) that completely hides a storage room and significantly improved the looks of the main room. I've gone from paneling and a drop ceiling to dry-walled ceilings and tiled floors. I now have a larger fully-tiled bathroom and a wet bar which no doubt enhance the value of my home. I found Mr. Reschka to be honest and trustworthy and Brothers Renovations provided excellent quality and craftsmanship. They stayed on schedule and within budget and I couldn’t be happier with the end-result. I wholeheartedly recommend Brothers Renovations without hesitation to perform any home remodeling job, big or small.”

“We have hired Ryan at Greenleaf to do several projects for us. He is an all-round professional. He retrofitted old built-in bookcases with glass, low profile LED lighting and new hardware. Wired up and mounted our big flat screen TV and built a floating shelf to store all the hardware.... as well as a few other projects. He is great to work with, talented and fairly priced. He is very busy and sometimes it takes time to get on his calendar. Would definitely hire him again.”

“J. William Construction built our home in the Turtle Lake community of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. They are the third builder we've used including a commercial project as well as another home. Jeff Dotson is a professional and has a degree from Michigan State University in Construction Management. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of home building and very easy to work with. His quality and integrity are excellent and if issues arose, they were quickly addressed. Jeff was at the job site daily which reduced gaps in communication between him and his crews, minimizing problems. Jeff has a lot of experience and provided excellent in-site, feedback and recommendations and he didn't cut corners! In comparison to the other builders we've used, J. Williams was the best and if we had a chance to use them again we would!”
