When my parents saw the finished product, they were both speechless. It looked amazing. They laid new floors, painted the walls, and installed new countertops as well as cabinets and light fixtures. “Greg is outstanding. He knows quality and builds quality. He is careful to stay in contact with the client. He is highly skilled and pays attention to details.It is a joy to work with him. He makes a renovation job exciting. We added a sunroom and had bifold windows installed (as you can see in the photos). The windows have particularly demanding installation requirements. Greg did them perfectly. Other details: the window sills. Most contractors install a sill that is cut square at the end. Greg bevel cut the ends and attached another bevel cut piece of wood at the corner. The result is a window sill with no sawn edges showing. This makes a smoother surface for painting. It is a detail that makes the window look so much more spectacular. I enjoyed working with Greg. He is professional and personable. I would gladly work with him again.”

“Regal Contracting remodeled the exterior of our home. The owner, Doug Scott was very honest and professional as were all of his subcontractors. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Regal Contracting updated the exterior of or home from a 70's "Brady Bunch" look to a stylish traditional home. They did full frame replacement windows, with interior and exterior trim, restuccoed the exterior and added dry stack eldorado stone. We look forward to working with Regal Contracting again when we remodel our kitchen.”

“We hired Kaplan Construction for a kitchen and loft remodel on our condo in Aliso Viejo. I was a bit nervous at first with suggestions made but was over the moon with the results. A team came in and quickly handled the demolish portion with clean up immediately afterwards. Once the dry wall had been removed his vision completely apparent and the change incredible. Suggestions within our budget and the completed project amazing. I would recommend Kaplan Construction and look forward to our next project.”

“We have a very positive experience with hiring Green Avenues to complete retrofit and plumbing work at hour home. As part of the process of the Earthquake Brace and Bolt (EBB) program that we had been able to qualify for, we had to get a certain number of bids. A few contractors gave bids that seemed to indicate they didn't really want the job, while other companies gave more competitive bids. However, we liked that Green Avenues had already completed other EBB work. There were some scheduling issues with the inspector, which we believe was on the city's part considering the same inspector showed up a week before to inspect electrical work that had not been completed at our home, but the inspection itself went smoothly. All the staff was friendly and professional, and the plumber they brought in to complete some additional projects did a nice job with installing an emergency gas shut off valve, as well as replacing the hoses and attaching a vent for our water heater. We would definitely recommending making Green Avenues one of the companies you call for EBB work, as well as other odd jobs around your home.”

“Re-insulate attic and provide storage area with ventilation. Removed old blown (and thin) insulation. Replace with high grade R30. Cover all with thick plywood. Nest all wiring in joists. Install attic stairs in hallway. Move hallway light. Paint attic door to match ceiling. Install attic fan through exterior stucco wall for ventilation, included thermostat and manual control. Install fan switch in hallway. All went well. We love our extra space. This was our second time using Eddie, Reggie and Alfonso. They come on time, do good work and are a pleasure to work with. They were done in a little over a week. After this job, we hired them again to re-roof our house and rebuild a fireplace (after a eucalyptus destroyed our family room). As expected, Eddie, Reggie and Alfonso were courteous, professional and hard-working. Their work is amazing and they are a pleasure to have around.”
