“Replaced two windows. Installed new kitchen tile. Replaced stone flooring in front door entry way. Repaired damage caused by carpenter ants to one side of my house. Replaced roof on house. Replaced roof on storage shed and added gutter to it. Had him do work on my nephew's condo in Middletown, Ct where he installed new ceramic tile in the condo bathroom and replaced much of the floor molding., and replaced the threshold leading into kitchen. He has done much work for me. He is reasonable, on time, and has always provided value for the money I spent. I will always rely on Lee for any home repairs I need. All my dealings with him for myself and my nephew go back at least three years. The last (new roof) in June of 2015.”

“MOST Builders & General Contracting provided an estimate that was in-line with other kitchen remodeling companies in the area. The project was to remove current cabinets and replace with new, using relatively the same footprint and to convert a coat closet to a dry bar, including the installation of a shelf for wine bottles and rack for glasses. MOST Builders custom built the new cabinets and installed them, worked with the countertop installer and plumber to coordinate demolition of old and installation of new. Very neat, cleaned up each day after working and removed debris from work site. I also hired them to replace old inside doors with new, including installation of new handles. I would hire them again for any other work needed in my house!”

“After reviewing our proposed shower project with 3 different contractors, we were lucky to have Charlie Adcock, owner of of Woodworks Construction Company, become our forth contractor to review the project. We wanted remove and replace a fiberglass corner shower unit in our master bath. The master bath had radiant heating under the floor tiles. This became a real concern to the other 3 contractors, so much so that they could not work with us to come up with a design that we would be happy with. My wife and I had a few brainstorming sessions with Charlie and he came up with a unique approach to building a beautiful, highly functional large shower that we love! The new shower has beautiful tile on the walls and the floor. Charlie also worked with Federal Glass Company to manufacture and install clear glass panels and a glass door. The entire job was done in a timely fashion, the job site was always neat and clean and all debris was removed on a daily basis. Charlie was the direct interface with the tile installer, the plumber and the glass company. The price for the entire job was fair and the payments were spread out nicely . “Donna and Mike from D&M have been caring for our second home for a dozen years. They manage our property from soup to nuts; things like "can you run over and turn on the heat and lights?; we are arriving late tonight" to serving as the general contractor on a number of construction projects on the property. Those projects started with bathroom renovations in the main house, extended through the construction of a pool house, pool and a guest house (over the course of three years). They are super nice to work with, really know their stuff and have a great web of subcontractors who respond to requests timely and professionally. They really are only a phone call a way and really can and do take care of nearly anything related to a property.”

“Had major water damage from a plumbing issue. It was difficult to find a contract that wanted to come out and give an estimate. A coworker of mine had recommended Ted Nelson and his company. I gave him a call and he came out to survey the situation and give us an estimate. Having talked with a couple of other contractors, I felt very comfortable with the Nelson company. They were very professional, they showed up on time every time they said they would be coming out. They were efficient and cleaned up their mess at the end of the day every time they came out. .They did quality work, and we would Not hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have work done on their home.
